Investmentprocess : This Fund participates in opportunities of the asset class „German Real Estate„ , focused on Listed Buildings in cities like Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich.

The Fund buy Bonds which are issued by a Special Purpose Vehicle ( SPV ) and has first charge on the land and the buildings. For this, the maximal lending limit is 80 % of the current market value of land and buildings.

The Fund will apply money to one or several Special Purpose Vehicles especially founded for this purposes. They regive debt securities in form of Bonds the Fund will buy.
