OBJECTIVE

The aim is to develop a new tool, called DsNA (Database for Strategic Network Analysis), which enables KPIs monitoring and benchmarking. Why is this important?

At the moment 50% of alliance fails, often due to the lack of a comprehensive analysis that combines strategic goals and KPIs.;

Performance measurement and management have a key role in the assessment of the achievement of alliance goalsand of how the strategic partnership is affecting firms.

How do we do this? We need: a database, in which store all useful information on firms, financial statements, KPIs and so on; a web interface to allow access from stakeholders
