Site Preparation: The customer is responsible to provide a level pad. The ACQ Pressure Treaded skids running length of shed are designed to come in direct contact with the ground but in wet environments we recommend a gravel base for drainage or a concrete pad.
Delivery: We can deliver up to a 14x56 building fully assembled to your location. With our Mule Shed Mover we are able to access tight areas and turns making shed deliveries clean, easy, and fast.
Customize: Dry Creek Mini Barns is a licensed California Contractor #911929. All sheds and garages comply with the latest building codes and we can engineer for any needed wind load, snow load, or seismic zone. With our in-house architects we can design you next project.
Build On Site: Areas that have limited access to move in fully assembled buildings and all buildings requiring a concrete foundation are build on site. Average time for construction of most on site sheds is one day. Additional charges may apply.

There is no credit required! 60% of each month’s rent paid is automatically applied to the cash price, whereas in a typical storage unit 0% of your monthly rent applies to the cash price, (which means you will never own it.)
Pay it off early with no early payoff penalties. If you pay it off early you get a 40% discount off of the remaining total contract amount (total contract amount equals the monthly payment x 36 months).
If you have a financial crisis and cannot make the monthly payments, all you need to do is pay the rent though the day that the building is picked up by us. As long as there are no delinquent payments this would not garnish your credit since it is the great Rent-To-Own program.
