1. General information ■ The pressure transmitter described in the operating instructions has been designed and

manufactured using state-of-the-art technology. All components are subject to stringent quality and environmental criteria during production. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

■ These operating instructions contain important information on handling the instrument. Working safely requires that all safety instructions and work instructions are observed.

■ Observe the relevant local accident prevention regulations and general safety regulations for the instrument's range of use.

WARNING!Before installation, commissioning and operation, ensure that the appropriate pressure transmitter has been selected in terms of measuring range, design and specific measuring conditions.Non-observance can result in serious injury and/or damage to the equipment.

WARNING! ■ Open the connections only after the system has been depressurised. ■ Observe the working conditions in accordance with chapter 3 "Specifications". ■ Always operate the pressure transmitter within the overpressure safety range.

Further important safety instructions can be found in the individual chapters of these operating instructions.

2.1 Intended useThe pressure transmitter is used to convert pressure into an electrical signal.Model O-10 (T): Standard versionModel O-10 (5): With 5-fold overpressure limit and condensation-tight case.

For applications with water as a medium a 5-fold overpressure safety for protection against water hammer effects and a condensation-tight case is recommended.

The instrument has been designed and built solely for the intended use described here, and may only be used accordingly.

The technical specifications contained in these operating instructions must be observed. Improper handling or operation of the instrument outside of its technical specifications requires the instrument to be taken out of service immediately and inspected by an authorised WIKA service engineer.

The manufacturer shall not be liable for claims of any type based on operation contrary to the intended use.

4. Design and function4.1 DescriptionThe prevailing pressure is measured at the sensor element through the deformation of a diaphragm. By supplying power, this deformation of the diaphragm is converted into an electrical signal. The output signal from the pressure transmitter is amplified and standardised.

4.2 Scope of deliveryCross-check scope of delivery with delivery note.

5. Transport, packaging and storage5.1 TransportCheck the pressure transmitter for any damage that may have been caused during transportation. Obvious damage must be reported immediately.

5.2 PackagingDo not remove packaging until just before mounting.Keep the packaging as it will provide optimum protection during transport (e.g. change in installation site, sending for repair).

5.3 StoragePermissible conditions at the place of storage:Storage temperature O10 (T): -30 ... +100 °CStorage temperature O10 (5): -25 ... +80 °C

Only ever store the pressure transmitter in its original packaging.

WARNING!Before storing the instrument (following operation), remove any residual media. This is of particular importance if the medium is hazardous to health, e.g. caustic, toxic, carcinogenic, radioactive, etc.

6. Commissioning, operationCAUTION!Prior to commissioning, the pressure transmitter must be subjected to a visual inspection.

■ Leaking fluid is indicative of damage. ■ Only use the pressure transmitter if it is in perfect condition with respect to safety.

CAUTION!The model O-10 (T) pressure transmitter must not be exposed to any condensation.

6.1 Mechanical mounting

Required tool: Open-ended spanner (spanner width 24)

■ The sealing faces at the instrument have to be undamaged and clean.

■ When screwing the instrument in, the force required to do this must not be applied through the casing, but only through the spanner flats provided for this purpose and using a suitable tool.

■ When screwing in, do not cross the threads.

6.2 Electrical mounting

■ The instrument must be grounded via the process connection!

■ The power supply for the pressure transmitter must be made via an energy-limited electrical circuit in accordance with section 9.3 of UL/EN/IEC 61010-1, or an LPS to UL/EN/IEC 60950-1, or class 2 in accordance with UL1310/UL1585 (NEC or CEC). The power supply must be suitable for opera-tion above 2,000 m should the pressure transmitter be used at this altitude.

■ Select a cable diameter that matches the cable gland of the plug. Make sure that the cable gland and sealings are assembled correctly and that they are undamaged.

■ Protect the cable end from humidity, which otherwise might intrude into the instrument.

Sealing of the process connection

Correct sealing of the process connections with parallel threads at the sealing face must be made using suitable flat gaskets, sealing rings or WIKA profile sealings.

For sealing process connections with tapered threads, the sealing must be made in the threads using additional sealing material - e.g. PTFE tape (EN 837-2).

6. Commissioning, operation ■ With instruments with internally connected shields (only connector variants) the cable shield should

be grounded at one end. The simultaneous connection of the case and the cable shield to ground is only permitted if any accidental energisation between the shield connection (e.g. at the power supply) and the case can be excluded (see EN 60079-14).

■ For the output signals DC 0 ... 5 V, DC 1 ... 5 V, DC 0.5 ... 4.5 V and DC 0.5 ... 4.5 V ratiometric, the following applies in addition: If the cable of the electrical connection is longer than 30 m or leaves the building, then the pressure transmitter should be used with a shielded cable. Earth the shield on at least one end of the lead.

7. Maintenance and cleaning

7.1 MaintenanceThis pressure transmitter is maintenance-free.

Repairs must only be carried out by the manufacturer.

7.2 Cleaning

CAUTION! ■ Before cleaning, correctly disconnect the pressure transmitter from the pressure supply,

switch it off and disconnect it from the power supply. ■ Electrical connections must not come into contact with moisture. ■ Wash or clean the dismounted instrument before returning it, in order to protect persons

and the environment from exposure to residual media. ■ Residual media in dismounted pressure transmitters can result in a risk to persons, the

environment and equipment. Take sufficient precautionary measures. ■ Do not use any pointed or hard objects for cleaning, as they may damage the

diaphragm of the process connection.

2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße VerwendungDer Druckmessumformer dient zum Umwandeln von Druck in ein elektrisches Signal.Typ O-10 (T): StandardausführungTyp O-10 (5): Mit 5-facher Überlast-Druckgrenze und betauungsfestem Gehäuse

Für Anwendungen mit dem Medium Wasser wird eine 5-fache Überlastsicherheit zum Schutz vor Wasserhammereffekten, sowie ein betauungsfestes Gehäuse empfohlen.

Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für den hier beschriebenen bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendungszweck konzipiert und konstruiert und darf nur dementsprechend verwendet werden.

Die technischen Spezifikationen in dieser Betriebsanleitung sind einzuhalten. Eine unsachgemäße Handhabung oder ein Betreiben des Gerätes außerhalb der technischen Spezifikationen macht die sofortige Stilllegung und Überprüfung durch einen autorisierten WIKA-Servicemitarbeiter erforderlich.

4. Aufbau und Funktion4.1 BeschreibungDer anstehende Druck wird mittels Membranverformung am Sensorelement gemessen. Unter Zuführung von Hilfsenergie wird diese Membranverformung in ein elektrisches Signal umgewandelt. Das vom Druckmessumformer ausgegebene Signal ist verstärkt und standardisiert.

4.2 LieferumfangLieferumfang mit dem Lieferschein abgleichen.

5. Transport, Verpackung und Lagerung5.1 TransportDruckmessumformer auf eventuell vorhandene Transportschäden untersuchen. Offensichtliche Schäden unverzüglich mitteilen.

5.2 VerpackungVerpackung erst unmittelbar vor der Montage entfernen.Die Verpackung aufbewahren, denn diese bietet bei einem Transport einen optimalen Schutz (z. B. wechselnder Einbauort, Reparatursendung).

6.2 Elektrische Montage

■ Das Gerät über den Prozessanschluss erden.

■ Die Versorgung des Druckmessumformers muss durch einen energiebegrenzten Stromkreis gemäß 9.3 der UL/EN/IEC 61010-1 oder LPS gemäß UL/EN/IEC 60950-1 oder Class 2 gemäß UL1310/UL1585 (NEC oder CEC) erfolgen. Die Stromversorgung muss für den Betrieb oberhalb 2.000 m geeignet sein, falls der Druckmessumformer ab dieser Höhe verwendet wird.

■ Den Kabeldurchmesser passend zur Kabeldurchführung des Steckers wählen. Darauf achten, dass die Kabelverschraubung und die Dichtungen korrekt sitzen und nicht beschädigt sind.

■ Das Kabelende vor Feuchtigkeit schützen, ansonsten kann diese in das Gerät eindringen.

Abdichtung des Prozessanschlusses

Zylindrische Gewinde Kegelige Gewinde

Zur Abdichtung der Prozessanschlüsse mit zylin-drischem Gewinde sind an der Dichtfläche Flachdichtungen, Dichtlinsen oder WIKA-Profil-dichtungen einzusetzen.

Zur Abdichtung der Prozessanschlüsse mit kegeligem Gewinde erfolgt die Abdichtung im Gewinde, mit zusätzlichen Dichtwerkstoffen z. B. PTFE-Band (EN 837-2).

6. Inbetriebnahme, Betrieb ■ Bei Geräten mit intern aufgelegtem Schirm (nur Steckervarianten) den Kabelschirm einseitig erden.

Der gleichzeitige Anschluss von Gehäuse und Kabelschirm an Erde ist nur zulässig, wenn eine Potentialverschleppung zwischen Schirmanschluss (z. B. am Speisegerät) und Gehäuse ausge-schlossen werden kann (siehe EN 60079-14).

■ Für die Ausgangssignale DC 0 ... 5 V, DC 1 ... 5 V, DC 0,5 ... 4,5 V und DC 0,5 ... 4,5 V ratiometrisch gilt zusätzlich: Wenn das Kabel des elektrischen Anschlusses länger als 30 m ist oder das Gebäude verlässt, dann ist der Druckmessumformer mit einem geschirmten Kabel zu betreiben. Den Schirm an mindestens einem Leitungsende erden.

7.1 WartungDieser Druckmessumformer ist wartungsfrei.

Reparaturen sind ausschließlich vom Hersteller durchzuführen.

7.2 Reinigung

VORSICHT! ■ Vor der Reinigung den Druckmessumformer ordnungsgemäß von der Druckversorgung

trennen, ausschalten und von der Hilfsenergie trennen. ■ Elektrische Anschlüsse nicht mit Feuchtigkeit in Berührung bringen. ■ Ausgebautes Gerät vor der Rücksendung spülen bzw. säubern, um Personen und

Umwelt vor Gefährdung durch anhaftende Messstoffreste zu schützen. ■ Messstoffreste in ausgebauten Druckmessumformern können zur Gefährdung von

1. Généralités ■ Le transmetteur décrit dans le mode d'emploi est conçu et fabriqué selon les dernières technologies

en vigueur. Tous les composants sont soumis à des critères environnementaux et de qualité stricts durant la fabrication. Nos systèmes de gestion sont certifiés ISO 9001 et ISO 14001.

■ Ce mode d'emploi donne des indications importantes concernant l'utilisation de l'instrument. Il est possible de travailler en toute sécurité avec ce produit en respectant toutes les consignes de sécurité et d'utilisation.

Un non-respect de cette consigne peut entraîner des blessures corporelles graves et/ou des dégâts matériels.

AVERTISSEMENT ! ■ N'ouvrez les connexions qu'après que le système ait été dépressurisé. ■ Observez les conditions de fonctionnement conformément au chapitre 3 "Spécifications". ■ Ne faites fonctionner le transmetteur de pression que dans l'échelle de sécurité contre

la surpression.

2.1 Utilisation conforme à l'usage prévuLe transmetteur de pression permet de convertir la pression en un signal électrique.Type O-10 (T) : Version standardType O-10 (5) : Version avec limite de surpression fois 5 et boîtier étanche à la condensation. Pour les applications avec de l’eau comme fluide process la version avec limite de surpression fois 5 contre les effets de coups de bélier et boîtier étanche à la condensation est recommandée. L'instrument est conçu et construit exclusivement pour une utilisation conforme à l'usage prévu décrit ici et ne doit être utilisé qu'en conséquence.

Les spécifications techniques mentionnées dans ce mode d'emploi doivent être respectées. En cas d'utilisation inadéquate ou de fonctionnement de l'instrument en dehors des spécifications techniques, un arrêt et contrôle doivent être immédiatement effectués par un collaborateur autorisé du service de WIKA.

Aucune réclamation ne peut être recevable en cas d'utilisation non conforme à l'usage prévu.

Les conditions d'utilisation spéciales exigent également une connaissance adéquate par exemple des liquides agressifs.

2.3 Dangers particuliers

Dans le cas de fluides de mesure dangereux comme notamment l'oxygène, l'acétylène, les substances combustibles ou toxiques, ainsi que dans le cas d'installations de réfrigération, de compresseurs etc., les directives appropriées existantes doivent être observées en plus de l'ensemble des règles générales.

4. Conception et fonction4.1 DescriptionLa pression de référence est mesurée sur l'élément capteur par la déformation d'une membrane. En fournissant du courant, on convertit cette déformation de la membrane en un signal électrique. Le signal de sortie en provenance du transmetteur de pression est amplifié et standardisé.

4.2 Détail de la livraisonComparer le détail de la livraison avec le bordereau de livraison.

5. Transport, emballage et stockage5.1 TransportVérifier s'il existe des dégâts sur le transmetteur de pression liés au transport. Communiquer immédiatement les dégâts constatés.

5.2 EmballageN'enlever l'emballage qu'avant le montage.Conserver l'emballage, celui-ci offre, lors d'un transport, une protection optimale (par ex. changement de lieu d'utilisation, renvoi pour réparation).

6. Mise en service, exploitationATTENTION !Avant la mise en service, le transmetteur de pression doit être soumis à un contrôle visuel.

■ Une fuite de liquide indique un dommage. ■ Le transmetteur de pression ne doit être utilisé qu'en parfait état de sécurité technique.

ATTENTION !Le transmetteur de pression type O-10 (T) ne doit être exposé à aucune condensation.

6.1 Montage mécanique

Outil requis : clé à fourche (clé d'une largeur de 24)

■ Les surfaces d'étanchéité sur l'instrument doivent être non-endommagées et propres.

■ Lors du vissage de l'instrument, le couple de serrage ne doit pas être appliqué sur le boîtier mais seulement sur les surfaces prévues et ce avec un outil approprié.

■ Lorsque vous vissez, ne pas croiser les filets.

6.2 Montage électrique

■ L'instrument doit être mis à la terre par le raccord process !

■ L'alimentation d'un transmetteur de pression doit être faite par un circuit électrique limité en énergie en accord avec la Section 9.3 de UL / EN / CEI 61010-1, ou un LPS à UL / EN / IEC 60950-1, ou Class 2 en accord avec UL1310/UL1585 (NEC ou CEC). L'alimentation doit être capable de fonctionner au-dessus de 2 000 m dans le cas où le transmetteur de pression serait utilisé à cette altitude.

■ Choisir un diamètre de câble qui correspond au passe-câble de la prise. Assurez-vous que le passe-câble et les joints sont assemblés correctement et intacts.

■ Protéger la sortie de câble de l'humidité, qui pourrait sinon s'introduire dans l'instrument.

Pour assurer l'étanchéité des raccords process avec filetages parallèles à la surface d'étanchéité (1), il faut utiliser des joints plats, des bagues d'étanchéité ou les joints à écrasement WIKA.

Pour des raccords process avec filetages coniques, l'étanchéité sur le filetage doit se faire en utilisant en plus un matériau d'étanchéité comme par exemple la bande PTFE (selon EN 837-2).

6. Mise en service, exploitation ■ Avec des instruments avec blindages connectés en interne (seulement certains connecteurs) le

câble blindé devrait être raccordé à la terre via une extrémité. La connexion simultanée du boîtier et du câble blindé à la terre est autorisé uniquement si aucune mise sous tension accidentelle entre la connexion blindée (par exemple au niveau de l'alimentation) et le boîtier peut être exclu (voir EN 60079-14).

■ Pour les signaux de sortie 0 ... 5 VDC, 1 ... 5 VDC, 0,5 ... 4,5 VDC et 0,5 ... 4,5 VDC ratiométrique, les conditions suivantes sont applicables : Si le câble de la connexion électrique est plus long que 30 m ou si celui-ci sort du bâtiment, le transmetteur de pression doit être utilisé avec un câble blindé. Mettre le blindage à la terre sur au moins une extrémité de la ligne.

7.1 EntretienCe transmetteur de pression ne nécessite aucun entretien.

Les réparations ne doivent être effectuées que par le fabricant.

7.2 Nettoyage

ATTENTION ! ■ Avant le nettoyage, déconnecter correctement le transmetteur de pression de

l'alimentation en pression, l'éteindre et le déconnecter de l'alimentation. ■ Eviter tout contact des raccordements électriques avec l'humidité. ■ Laver ou nettoyer l'instrument démonté avant de le renvoyer, afin de protéger les

personnes et l‘environnement contre le danger lié aux restes de fluides adhérents. ■ Les restes de fluides se trouvant dans les transmetteurs de pression démontés peuvent

mettre en danger les personnes, l'environnement ainsi que l'installation. Prendre des mesures de sécurité suffisantes.

■ Ne pas utiliser d'objets pointus ou durs pour le nettoyage afin de ne pas endommager la membrane du raccord process.

AVERTISSEMENT !Les restes de fluides se trouvant dans les transmetteurs de pression démontés peuvent mettre en danger les personnes, l'environnement ainsi que l'installation. Prendre des mesures de sécurité suffisantes.

9.1 DémontageDéconnectez le transmetteur de pression uniquement une fois que le système a été mis hors pression !

9.2 Retour

AVERTISSEMENT !En cas d'envoi de l'instrument, il faut respecter impérativement ceci :Tous les instruments envoyés à WIKA doivent être exempts de toute substance dangereuse (acides, solutions alcalines, solutions, etc.).

Pour retourner l'instrument, utiliser l'emballage original ou un emballage adapté pour le transport.

4. Diseño y función4.1 DescripciónLa presión actual se deduce mediante la deformación de la membrana en el elemento sensor. Con alimentación auxiliar, esta deformación de la membrana se transforma en una señal eléctrica. La señal de salida del transmisor de presión está amplificada y estandarizada.

4.2 Volumen de suministroComprobar mediante el albarán si se ha entregado la totalidad de las piezas.

5. Transporte, embalaje y almacenamiento5.1 TransporteComprobar si el transmisor de presión presenta eventuales daños causados en el transporte. Notificar daños obvios de forma inmediata.

5.2 EmbalajeNo quitar el embalaje hasta justo antes del montaje.Guardar el embalaje ya que es la protección ideal durante el transporte (por ejemplo si el lugar de instalación cambia o si se envía el instrumento para posibles reparaciones).

■ Si el líquido se derrama es probable que la membrana esté dañada. ■ Utilizar el transmisor de presión sólo en condiciones absolutamente seguras.

¡CUIDADO!No se debe someter el transmisor modelo O-10 (T) a la condensación.

6.1 Montaje mecánico

Herramienta necesaria: Llave de boca (ancho 24)

■ Las superficies de obturación en el instrumento y en el punto de medición deben estar libres de suciedad.

■ Para atornillar el instrumento, la fuerza necesaria debe aplicarse, mediante el uso de herramientas adecuadas, sólo sobre las superficies planas de ajuste previstas para este fin, y no a través de la caja.

■ No bloquear las vueltas de la rosca al enroscar.

6.2 Montaje eléctrico

■ Poner a tierra el instrumento a través de la conexión.

■ Para alimentar el transmisor de presión debe utilizarse un circuito eléctrico con límite de energía según el párrafo 9.3 de UL/EN/IEC 61010-1 o LPS según UL/EN/IEC 60950-1 o Clase 2 según UL1310/UL1585 (NEC o CEC) para alimentar el transmisor de presión. La alimentación eléctrica debe ser adecuada para aplicaciones en alturas superiores a 2.000 metros, si se quiere utilizar el transmisor de presión a partir de esas alturas.

■ Seleccionar el correcto diámetro de cable para la entrada de cable del conector. Prestar atención a que el prensaestopas y las juntas estén correctamente fijado y no dañadas.

■ Proteger el extremo del cable de la humedad, pues de otro modo la humedad puede entrar en el instrumento.

Sellado de la conexión a procesoRoscas cilíndricas Rosca cónica

Para el sellado de las conexiones al proceso con roscas cilíndricas en la superficie de obturación se deben instalar juntas planas, arandelas o juntas perfiladas WIKA.

Para sellar las conexiones a proceso de forma cónica, el sellado se realiza en la rosca con material suplementario, como por ejemplo, cinta PTFE (EN 837-2).

lado. La conexión simultánea de caja y pantalla a tierra es permitida solamente si se puede descar-tar una desconexión accidental entre pantalla (p.ej. alimentador) y caja (véase EN 60079-14).

■ Para las señales de salida de DC 0 ... 5 V, DC 1 ... 5 V, DC 0,5 ... 4,5 V y DC 0,5 ... 4,5 V ratiométrico rige por regla general: Si el cable de la conexión eléctrica tiene más de 30 m, o abandona el edifi-cio, el transmisor de presión se hará funcionar con un cable blindado. El blindaje deberá conectarse a tierra al menos en un extremo del cable.

7.1 MantenimientoEste transmisor de presión no precisa mantenimiento.

Todas las reparaciones solamente las debe efectuar el fabricante.

7.2 Limpieza

¡CUIDADO! ■ Antes de proceder con la limpieza hay que separar debidamente el transmisor de

presión de cualquier fuente de presión, apagarlo y desenchufarlo de la alimentación auxiliar.

■ Asegurarse de que las conexiones eléctricas no se humedecen. ■ Una vez desmontado el instrumento se debe enjuagar y limpiar antes de devolverlo para

proteger a las personas y el medio ambiente contra residuos del medio de medición. ■ Medios residuales en transmisores de presión desmontados pueden causar riesgos

para personas, medio ambiente e instalación. Tomar adecuadas medidas de precaución.

■ No utilizar ningún objeto puntiagudo o duro para efectuar la limpieza, para evitar cualquier daño de la membrana de la conexión al proceso.

4. 设计和功能

4.1 描述

通过隔膜变形测量传感器元件处的常压。供电后，这种隔膜变形将转化为电信号。压力变送器的输出信号将放大并进行标准化。

4.2 供货范围按送货单反复核对供货范围。

5. 运输、包装和储存

5.1 运输检查压力变送器在运输途中是否受到损伤。如有明显损坏，须立即上报。

5.2 包装安装之前请勿拆除包装。保留包装以便在运输过程中（如：安装地点变更、送去维修时）为仪表提供最佳保护。

5.3 储存

储存地点允许条件：O10 (T)型储存温度：-30 ... +100 °CO10 (5)型储存温度：-25 ... +80 °C

只能将压力变送器以原包装存放。

警告！

在存放仪表之前（以下操作），请清除所有残留介质。例如腐蚀性介质、有毒介质、致癌介质、放射性介质等，这一点就尤为重要。

调试之前，压力变送器必须接受外观检查。

■ 有流体泄漏则表示产品损坏。

■ 只有在安全状况良好的情况下才能使用该压力变送器。

注意！O-10 (T) 型压力变送器不可暴露于任何冷凝环境中。

6.1 机械安装

所需工具：24mm 开口扳手

■ 必须确保仪表密封面干净无损。

■ 当拧紧仪表时，不得通过外壳施加拧紧仪表所需要的作用力，仅可通过专用的扳手卡口并使用适当工具施加所需作用力。

■ 旋入时，不得拧错螺纹。

■ 有关螺纹孔和焊接套管的信息，请参见 www.wika.com. 上的技术信息 IN 00.14。

6.2 电气安装

■ 仪表必须通过过程连接件进行接地！

■ 压力变送器必须通过符合 UL/EN/IEC 61010-1 第 9.4 节要求的限能电路、符合 UL/EN/IEC 60950-1 标准的 LPS 或符合 UL1310/UL1585（NEC 或 CEC）2 类电源供电。电源必须能在 2,000 米的海拔高度工作，以满足压力变送器应用要求。

■ 选择与插头电缆接头相匹配的电缆直径。确保电缆密封套和密封件装配正确且完好无损。

■ 防止电缆端受潮，以免水分进入仪表。

过程连接密封件

必须使用适当的平垫圈、密封圈或威卡（WIKA）特制的密封件在密封面正确密封带直螺纹的

过程连接件。

为了密封带锥螺纹的过程连接件，必须使用 PTFE 胶带 (EN 837-2) 等附加密封材料在螺纹中进行密封。

6. 调试、运行 ■ 对于具有内部连接屏蔽的仪表（仅连接器版本），应将线缆屏蔽一端接地。只有屏蔽连接（如电源处）与外壳之间不会发生偶然通电时，才允许将外壳连接和电缆屏蔽同时接地（参见 EN 60079-14）。

■ 对于输出信号 DC 0 ...5 V、DC 1 ...5 V、DC 0.5 ...4.5 V 以及 DC 0.5 ...4.5 V 比例电压，以下内容也适用：如果电气连接的电缆长度超过 30 米或离开建筑物，则应使用带屏蔽电缆的压力变送器。至少在导线的一端对屏蔽进行接地。

7.1 维护本压力变送器免维护。

仅可由制造商进行修理。

7.2 清洁

注意！

■ 清洁前，请正确切断压力变送器的电源，关闭压力变送器并切断其主电源。

■ 电气连接不得接触水气。

■ 返修前，请冲洗或清洁拆卸的仪表，以避免残余介质对人员或环境造成危害。

■ 拆卸的压力变送器中残余的介质可能会危及人员、环境和设备。请采取妥善的预防性措施。

■ 不得使用尖锐和坚硬的物品进行清洁，以免损坏过程连接件的隔膜。

有关退回仪表的信息，请参见第 9.2 节“返修”。

故障原因措施

无输出信号电缆断线检查连接

零点信号偏离超过耐压上限遵守允许的过压限值（参见章节“3. 规格”）

零点信号偏离工作温度过高/过低遵守允许的温度（参见章节“3. 规格”）

压力变化，但输出恒定由过压引起机械过载更换压力变送器；如果仍然有问题，请联系制造商

信号量程过小由过压引起机械过载更换压力变送器；如果仍然有问题，请联系制造商

信号量程波动工作环境中有 EMC 干扰源，如变频器

屏蔽压力变送器；屏蔽电缆；移走干扰源

信号量程波动/失准工作温度过高/过低遵守允许的温度（参见章节“3. 规格”）

信号量程变小/过小信号量程变小/过小联系制造商并更换压力变送器

如果非正当理由投诉，我们将向您收取投诉处理费。
