Operating LeaseAn Operating Lease is a rental agreement, which enables you to avoid the risks associated with vehicle fleet ownership. You decide on the vehicle term and annual kilometer usage to suit your business and drivers’ requirements.

Chattel MortgageA Chattel Mortgage is a finance product whereby you take ownership of the vehicle at the beginning of the finance contract and a mortgage is taken out over the vehicle as security. Once the final instalment has been made, you obtain a clear title of the vehicle.

Finance LeaseA Finance Lease is a tax effective tool that preserves cash flow and frees up capital. It transfers the risk of ownership and the residual value to you while the legal ownership remains with Alphabet Australia.
