Produced from toddy, the fermented sap of the coconut palm tree which is left to naturally ferment, Arrack is generally medium bodied with floral notes and coconut and toffee in the background. Complex yet immensely smooth and satisfying.

2018 Battle of Bosworth Pinot Noir (vegan) McLaren Vale, SA 8.9 38Organic. From 32 year old vines, the last 2 or maybe 3 blocks of this variety left in the district. Picked early and made more like a Beaujolais than a Burgundy. Soft and gentle with flavours of plums and strawberries along with a light, alluring spice.

2018 ...ish Sangiovese King Valley, VIC 8.9 38Aromas of cherry, plum and thyme are supported with lifted black spice notes. Flavours of plums, cherry and fig define the palate along with integrated fine grained tannins.

2017 El Paso del Lazo Tempranillo Shiraz Castilla y León, Spain 8.5 37Flavours of black cherries and ripe strawberries with exotic spices and eucalyptus. Medium-bodied, soft and easy-drinking with a long finish - lovely with red meat.
