Abstract: The power of dreams and role of destiny is ultimate to achieve the destination happily.

Education has both, the functional importance as well as instrumental and utilitarian dimensions.

Education is the process of expansion and conversion of thoughts in an individual; not the sense of

critical awareness, self-driven goal & dreams and independence of thoughts, which intern give birth to the

1. Introduction

The paper includes the critical analysis of the art of governance of British government, the role true education, power of dreams and the all-round development of a child in every sphere of progress. What I have made an attempt to highlight here is, One should always be happy with the potential one actually possesses. Never regret to find a wrong person; I feel that none can teach you a true lesson of life rather than bad people. But do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you to his level and beat you with experience. God does not give you the people you want; but he gives you the people you need, to leave you , to love you, to hurt you, to help you and to make you a person you are actually meant to be. One must have sublime faith in himself because then one will always have sublime faith in mankind. You must have faith in your own ideas, even if everyone tells you they are wrong. You have to be gentle with gentle people and tough with the tough. Close your ears to a howling environment and stand and fight if you think you are right. Dreams are not what one see while sleeping but what one dreams with open eyes. This paper has tried to cover the most practical aspect of real life with some historical examples, thereby

one can get well-acquainted with the power of thoughts & dreams and art of communication. I have also

included the work of leadership, what I did during the period when I was President of “National Council of

States Toppers Union”.

One should always be happy with the potential one actually possesses. Never regret to fine a wrong person; I feel that none can teach you a true lesson of life rather than bad people. I feel that it will be blunder to argue with an idiot. If you did, he will drag you to your level and beat you with experience. God does not give you the people you want; but he gives you the people you need, to leave you, to love you, to hurt you, to help you and to make you a person you are actually meant to be. For example:

(2.1) Netaji subash Chanra Bose

He was a great orator of Indian freedom struggle. He succeeds in I.C.S Examinations with extraordinary record; but he did not join the service. But he was destined to be an I.C.S. Fortunately, the Mayer of Culcatta city, Deshbandhu Chtranjan Das, went to the governor of Bengal Provence and asked he need one Commissioner for Calcutta city. He suggested making Subhash Chandra, the Commissioner of Calcutta city. British govt. gets agreed. In this way, Subhas Chandra happens to be tha Commissioner of Calcutta city. He remained the commissioner even when he was in Nalpur jail of Calcutta. He was jail because he took part in Indian freedom struggle. Files and cases of city continued to be circulated to him. His decisions are still there in record. Divine power always takes care of everyone. Those who keep their faces toward sunshine, has no fear of shadow. There is nothing grey about truth; it‟s simply wrong or right. For shadow disappear from view, when we stand in light.

(2.2) Abraham Lincon.

If we take the example of Abraham Lincon, who happened to be the President of United State America; had a very gloomy past. Once he was cultivating in land with his father in a field, along with other neighbours. Suddenly he left the field and went to a bit higher position and announced that he would be the President of United State America someday. At that point of time, listeners might have thought that he do not know where to stop. Abraham lincon studied by borrowing the book from the neighbours or some time by working the land/field of neighbours. He studied in street light. He actually fight with ocean‟s tides; many time he was about to be drown; but his destiny bring him out with his destiny what Abraham lincon has once said in his childhood, when he became the President of U.S.A.

(2.3) Swami Viveka Nand.

He was a great orator of divine power. Swami Vivekananda, a true patriotic saint who through his very inspirational lectures spread the Indian philosophies of Vedanta and Yoga to western countries. He was born on 12th Jan 1863 in Kolkata, India and each year his birthday is celebrated as the „National Youth Day‟. He was a great disciple of Saint Ramakrishna. He represented India and introduced Hinduism at the Parliament of the World‟s Religions in Chicago in 1893. Swami Vivekananda gave several philosophies of life and in all his philosophies there is one message i.e. oneness with God and the development of the mass. His writings inspired all the freedom fighters and prominent ones among these are Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Aurobindo Ghose, Bal Gangadhar Tilak. He believed that morality is directly related to the control of the mind. A mind which is strong and controlled is unselfish, pure and brave. Swami Vivekanand said that an uncontrolled mind leads to all the negativities in life and a controlled mind saves us and frees us from such thoughts. Self-awareness is the best way to control one‟s mind and also through will power and determination the mind can be stopped from wandering. But to keep the mind under control you have practice and repeat the same over and over again. Practice of controlling one‟s mind should be done twice a day especially in the morning and evening as those are the calmest time of the day. You will be astonished to see that each day the mind‟s vagaries will start decreasing and becoming less violent. It is the concentration that differentiates men and animal. Also the difference in concentration power makes one man different from another. We commit blunders because we waste about 90% of our thought-force which is never done by a controlled and trained mind. Do good things whole heartedly by giving your mind and soul to it.

What was the reason, why Britishers ruled on India for about more than 200 years? “Divide and Rule” can be one answer, But what I have observed is that They respect the intelligence and consider the deserving candidate who is the best fitting for the work, assigned to him. Here, I would like to cite an example during the period of Britishers. In 1924, A wing of congress party wanted to go into electoral politics called as Swarajya Party. Desh Bandhu Chitranjan Das became the Mayor of Calcutta in that election. He then went to the governor of Bangal Province and said people elected me as mayor, this is about the city‟s future, I want to choose my one commissioner for the city. Governor said of course Mr. Das. He was amused at his request because Culcutta was then, the big city of India, in the form of imperial capital. Governor said you can choose any I.C.S officer and I will provide him available. Mr. Das said why should I get an I.C.S officer? I want to take a young man, who can serve the community; I do not want any one from government. Mr. Das moved around and pick up a youngster of 27 years old. The youngster did an outstanding job for next one year, but then he was jailed not because he took bribe; but he participated in freedom struggle. He was kept in jail at Calcutta. Then, again Mr. Das went to the Governor of Bengal province, and asked to give him a commissioner of his choice. in spite in jail, I want the gentleman should be the commissioner of city. The British Government gave an extraordinary honor, Government said this gentle man continued to be commissioner of the city; file of cases will be circulated to him and his order will be implemented. Practice remained continued even when the gentle man shifted to the Mandle jail. The youngster became later the Mayor of Calcutta city and designed Azad Hind Fauz. In 1938 and 1939, he became the president of congress party. He was again re-elected in 1939; but due to some dispute with Mahatama Gandhi, youngster left the country and founded Indian National Army. The youngster was Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. He succeeds in I.C.S examination; though he did not join the service but fortunately, he happened to be Commissioner of City. Because he was destined to be the commissioner. The incident shows that the British Government respects the excellence of the deserving candidate. British Government had jailed Subhash Chandra Bose, because he worked against the present government. But at the same time, Government ordered to continue the Subhash Chandra Bose as Commissioner of city, even he was in jail. Can‟t the Independent Indian government, our own constitution, bring that status back? Can‟t we have proud on our cities or villages? Today, we are first class citizens and victim of third class governance.

4. Freedom of Thoughts

Freedom of thoughts means free independent thinking, devoid of conditions and contradictions. A free mind is full of love. Love is compassion. Love is intelligence and the Intelligence is the reading between the lines. Intelligence is the freedom which can solve the plight brought by thoughts and knowledge. Understanding of truth is ending of sorrow. Thought is the movement of time and space. Thought is memory and remembrance of past things. The thought is an activity of the knowledge. The knowledge who has been gathered from the millions of years and stored in memory in brain. Knowledge comes through the time. To learn a language we need time. To learn the skill or to drive a car efficiently, it takes time. Now, we understand the nature of our consciousness, if we think of the cycle of knowledge, action and division. “I need only god grace; nothing can fill this space,

One vote can change the nation, one sun beam light the room, One song will spark the moment; one flower can wake the dreams,

One tree can start the forest, one step start a nw journey One star can guide the ship at sea, one word can flame the goal.

Remember diamond once was, just a piece of coal.”

I personally feel when I am writing the story of my life, why should I let someone else to hold my pen. Never seek the help of others, do whatever you like. 4 Amendment in Constitution of India as regards unethical practices

Chief Minister Delhi/Home Minister/Prime Minister/President of India /Lok-Sabha Speaker

5 Suffering due to Delay in HRD scholarship Media

6 Tax-evasion should be checked thoroughly Chief Minister Himachal Pradesh

(1.) I have written to Chief Minister Himachal Pradesh, regarding the Tax-Evading to bring the tax-evaders

under justice so that government revenue may be enhanced. Most of the big marketing business-

communities which in indulged in the tax evading need to be figured out and severely punished. For

instance, A constant vigil must be kept on excise-inspectors which might be having nexus with such

business community. Also, Every government sector must be given a target to achieve. Under-achiever

must be penalized. Best achievers, based on their performance, must be given appreciation-letter and

should be placed at district headquarters so that they can provide their service effectively. The stations

must be allotted on the bases of work performance. For example: A doctor working excellently, must be at

district headquarter thereby, he/she can serve more public in better way.

Dated 7-Jan-2013, I wrote to the President of India/CM Delhi/Home Minister/Prim e-Minister/Lok Sabha Speaker, for the Amendment in Constitution of India regarding the unethical practices and criminal cases, imparting the exemplar punishment to the Culprits; highlighting the 16-Dec-2012 gang rape case at Delhi. (3.) I have made an attempt to make the Students & Public well aware with their Fundamental rights and duties. 1. Conclusion One becomes what one think and does. None can prevent a person to reach his goal, if he is determined and spiritual. Natural power exist in every heart, the only need is to get aware of it. Nobody gives training the bird to fly in sky, they learn flying in the sky by natural phenomenon. Have a trust on one‟s own ideas,

and work hard to get your destination. Nature loves those who love to live in natural atmosphere. One should never be sacred of speaking the truth. Be honest, and determined. It is true that none can change the direction of wind, but we can adjust our sail accordingly to get the desired destination. Dreams when graced by God make our thoughts come true.
