DRAGONFIRE KAMADOOWNERS MANUAL

THE ULTIMATE COOKINGEXPERIENCE

“IT TOOK ASIAN INGENUITY TO INVENT IT,IT TOOK AMERICAN INGENUITY TO PERFECT IT.”

For over 3,000 years in every part of the world our ancestorsused clay pots to smoke, grill, cook, and even prepare theirfood. Over time, generations refined the simple clay cook potby experimenting with its shape, materials, flue design and vent-ing in their search for the ideal design to lock in the savory fla-vors of cooked meats and vegetables.

During this evolution, the Japanese adapted and refined claycook pots for rice cooking, calling them Mushikamado. In the60's the Mushikamado was further refined for general grillingand smoking and imported to the US by a commercial pilotwho coined the product named “Kamado”. Kamado has sincebecome synonymous with ceramic cookers, grills, oven and fire-places, all based on the ancient clay pot cooker design.

The DRAGONFIRE Kamado builds on this heritage with state-of-the-art materials, new ergonomic and safety features, and afresh design aesthetic setting the standard for perfection andquality in ceramic cookers.
