2020StudentDesignShowSubmissionGUIDELINESAllentriesforthe2020StudentDesignShowareduebyMarch24th,endoftheday.YouwillneedtosubmitaMOUNTEDPIECEwithcorrectlypreparedLABELforhangingintheshow,aswellasadigitalfilepreparedcorrectlyfortheSHOWWEBARCHIVEandJUDGINGsite.Students,pleasesubmitentriestoyourspecifiedinstructorsoneachcampus.InstructorswillcoordinatethedeliveryoftheworktotheiMETcenter.ELIGIBILITYAnystudentthathasparticipatedintheSummer2019,Fall2019orSpring2020GraphicCommunicationsorPhotographycoursesmaysubmitartworkintotheshowpertheguidelinesbelow.ANYworkcreatedorcompletedafterthelastyear’sshowdeadline(April4th,2019),andNOTPREVIOUSLYenteredinthelastshowbyastudentattendingduringanyoftheabovelistedtermsmayalsoenterthatpiece.

GUIDELINESFORSUBMISSIONAREASFOLLOWS1. Thereisalimitof5entriesperstudent.Asetcomprisesasingleentry.Itshouldbeonasingleboardif

possible.(Examplesets:Logodesignwithletterhead,businesscardandenvelope,asetofthreephotosinaseries)

2. Allworkshouldbemountedneatlyonblackboardwithatleastatwo-inchborder.Avoidexcessiveborders,wehavelimiteddisplayspace.Workthatisnotneatlymountedmaynotbeallowedintotheshow.

3. Allworkshouldbemountedindividually,unlesstheworkrepresentsaset.4. Alltissueandflapsshouldberemovedprevioustosubmission.5. Allnon-digitalworkshouldincludeawhitelabel(1”x2.83”)inthelowerrighthandcorner.Thislabelis

6. ONTHEBACKofEACHPIECE,notewhichcampustheworkshouldbereturnedtousingaseparatelabelorthenameofthecampuswritteninpencil.
