History 1984 Establishment of “Drache Keramikfilter Produktions-GmbH“ specializing

in the development, production and sale of products and equipment for environmental engineering and metallurgical technology

1993/94 The company changed its name to “Drache Umwelttechnik GmbH”

1995 Focus shifted on production of ceramic filters for foundry and

aluminium cast house industry

1997 A continuous roller Kiln was put into operation

2001 Acquisition of additional production facility and extension of production of fused silica components as well as construction and design department

2003 The foundation of a subsidiary company “Drache USA”, NC, USA

2007 The foundation of a second subsidiary company “Drache Middle East”, Sharjah, UAE

2010 Commissioning of the new furnace for foundry filters

2011 Extension of the production line for large Fused Silica parts
