Details of Competitions:
Competition is divided in four category.
1. Write up / Story / Poem (Hindi/English):
• Maximum word limit is 250 words.
• Font - Times New Roman, Font size – 12-14.
• Name of participant should be mentioned at the bottom of the writeup
Only ‘pdf’ format will be accepted for theevaluation.
• Should be either in Hindi or English.
• Any neat, clean and readable handwritten but scanned/photo uploaded in
pdf is acceptable.
2. Photography:
• Maximum size - 5MB
• Format- JPEG / PNG
3. Short video:
• Any theme based video can be recorded on mobile or any other device.
• Video should be either in Hindi or English language.
• Duration - 2 to 4mins.
• Format - MP4.
4. Poster / Drawing / Sketching:
• Paint / draw or sketch and click the photo of it. Submit the photo / scanned
copy in JPEG / PNG format with maximum size of 5 MB.
Winners will be announced in each category.
Result will be announced on International day of yoga (21 June 2020).
Terms and Conditions:
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
Plagiarised submission will not be considered for the competition and will be rejected if found copied
from any published source.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not
transferable.
The winning art forms will be published on the website and Social Media. Organiser’s decision will be
final and binding. Evaluation done by judges will be final. Any discussion, argument and controversy is
not allowed.

2020 is a super year for nature and biodiversity.
Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University is going to organize an online
competition on the occasion of the World Environment Day 5th June 2020. As
the world is going through a difficult phase due to the spread of COVID 19. Now
we all are very well aware about the importance of Environment. Here is an
opportunity for the students to spread awareness and share their
experiences/knowledge about the Nature.
It is often said that “You cannot exhaust creativity, the more You use the more
You have”.
Express your experience, creative thoughts, or the way you look up to the nature
by writing article, photographs or videos, a poem or posters.
So lets enhance the beauty of our mother Nature by our creativity.
