How to make bioenzyme

• Jaggery (Gud) – 1 portion • Citrus peels - 3 portion

(Organge, Sweet lime, Lemon) • Water - 10 portion • Half tea spoon dry yeast

• One month fermentation in anaerobic conditions

Note: Papaya peels, Banana peels, Pineapple peels Whole/Rotten fruits can be added too Dry peels are fine too
