What is the NutriFitTM Program? 

 The NutriFit Program is a systemised way of eating that:

About Dr Nick 

 I am a leader in nutrition, founder of the NutriFit Program, author, international speaker and marketing manager for a range of high quality nutritionals.   My vision is helping people to master their nutrition so they can look good, feel great and be fully ‘alive’. I have extensive experience as a university and fitness educator and have a PhD specialising in post-exercise skeletal muscle fat metabolism from Deakin University in Melbourne. Prior to PhD studies, I completed a Masters degree at Lincoln University, focusing on nutritional responses during the New Zealand Ironman Triathlon. I also have undergraduate degrees in Physical Education (First Class Honours) and Science (Human Nutrition) from the University of Otago. During my academic career I have published a number of studies in peer-reviewed journals and presented research at international conferences.   As an athlete, I have enjoyed success in the sports of basketball, rugby, tennis and more recently cycling and mountain biking. My athletic background helps me to provide effective nutrition support for active individuals and those who are high performers in their chosen sport.  After finishing doctoral studies, I felt compelled to share my knowledge and make a difference in other people’s lives. So I developed a simple, systemised and sustainable way of eating called the NutriFit Program. Using the science-based, easy and powerful NutriFit 5 Eating Strategies, I help a wide range of individuals take back control of their nutrition so they can break through the common challenges of yo-yo dieting, calorie counting and health problems to have the results they’ve always wanted.
