Dr. Luis G. Franceschi LLB, LLM, LLD, Dean of Strathmore Law School He is the Dean of Strathmore Law School. He is French by descent, Venezuelan by birth and Kenyan by choice. He has published more than a dozen peer-reviewed books and articles on law and ethics. He has also been an adjunct faculty member at Strathmore Business School since its foundation. He is member of several boards, Chairman of the Board of the Ethics Institute of East Africa, Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Annual Ethics Conferences since 2004, and Chairman of A.L.L. Foundation. He is also a Member of the Board of Governors of the International Association of Law Schools (IALS) based at Cornell Law School, NY, a Member of the Board of Sosian Energy, a Member of the Advisory Council of the International Justice Commis- sion (The Hague) and a Member of the Board of Transparency International. He has been a Governing Council Delegate (Governing Council – UNEP and UNCHS) and the Legal Advisor to the President of the Governing Council of the United Nations Environment Programme, where he co-drafted the UN Nairobi Declaration. He was also a Country Representative at the 7th and the 4th Global Training Program on Environmental Law & Policy (United Nations Environment Program). He is a certified ISO auditor. He is a weekly columnist with the Daily Nation and he likes mountain climbing expeditions. Luis G. Franceschi holds an LL.B, LL.M and LL.D with a Cum Laude thesis on The African Human Rights Judicial System: A Proposal for Streamlining Structures and Domestication Mechanisms Viewed from the Foreign Affairs Power Perspective. Dr Franceschi has been a speaker at more than 500 forums, stakeholders’ workshops, law and leadership conferences and training programmes organised throughout the world. He is a weekly columnist with the Daily Nation and he likes mountain climbing expeditions and has reached Point Lenana on Mt Kenya at 5000 Meters ASL (5 times), Uhuru Peak on Kilimanjaro at 5895 Meters ASL, and the Rwenzori Mountains circuit (Uganda-Congo). Sen. Godliver OmondiSenator Godliver Nanjira Omondi is a nominated senator representing people with disabilities in the Kenya Senate. Previously, she served as the elected national chairper-son for the United Disabled Persons of Kenya (UDPK), an umbrella organization for all disabled people organizations (DPOs) in the country. She held that position for two terms up to early 2015, when she stood down due to UDPK’s constitution setting two-term limit. She is currently the patron of UDPK. She is a member of the following Senate and Joint (comprising of members from both the Senate and the National Assembly) committees:

- Delegated Legislation Committee (Sessional)- Health Committee- Library and Broadcasting Services Committee (Joint)- Equal Opportunities & National Cohesion Committee (Joint).

She is also a founding member of the Kenya Disabled Parliamentarians (KEDIPA) a caucus bringing together elected and nominated political leaders from the Parliament and county assemblies and also a founder member of Kenya Women Parliamentarians (KEWOPA), which brings together elected and nominated women parliamentarians from both the senate and the national assembly.

Mariam Auma OkukuMariam Auma Okuku is a Kenyan native, married with four children, currently pursuing a PHD in Finance university of Nairobi, She did MBA, University of Nairobi, Finance option. She did Statistics at Moi University. She has also done other professional courses among others, credit management, part of CPA and certificate of proficiency in Insurance.

She enjoys motivating the youths on goal setting, personal financial planning and helping them to exploit their full potential as entrepreneurs and inventors. She is passionate about making a difference in the society by sharing with the needy spiritu-ally, economically and socially.

She is currently the Finance Director of Flaxem systems enterprises, Unit Manager at ICEALION group. Former board member of Kenya Girl Guide association as a honorary Treasurer in charge of Finance. She was a trustee of Delmonte pension scheme where she developed vast experience in dealing with orphaned families hence children. What gets Mariam excited is when she touches a needy child, for through that she changes her small world. Her best quote is ‘Plant very many trees under whose shade you do not expect to sit under’.

Biwott TiropBiwott Tirop is an alumni of University of Nairobi having undertaken and complet-ed a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning there in 2011 and currently pursuing a MSC in Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

He is an entrepreneur at heart and has since October 2016 taken over as the CEO of Lions of Good Times Ltd, a Real Estate Company where he is responsible for setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance company market share, profitability and return on investment. In addition, he sets the departments' high-level goals and objectives, then plans and works with them on attaining such goals by closely monitoring their operations.

He also is engaged actively as a Group Project Officer with FEP Holdings Ltd, undertaking major projects in construction that include: a 4-Star Hotel in Sagana (Ksh. 1.6 billion), Infrastructure development for Kisima Park Lukenya (Mixed use develop-ment) - 200 million and construction of a 4-star hotel – Narok (1.2 billion at Design stage).

He has also worked as the Project Manager at Kisima Real Estate Ltd and on international projects with Planner Geo Info Africa Ltd, with a core project in Rwanda in Runda, Kamonyi and Ruhango that were flagged off by the Mayor.

As part of Community development he has been actively involved in the preparation of strategic development plan for Kiharu constituency (2010-2030). The plan was launched on 19th of April 2012.

Celestine Lidede UkpereCelestine is the business development lead for Rekindle Learning. She recently concluded as country head consulting for Livity Africa on the pilot of the Google led initiative of imparting digital literacy skills. The Livity project was a great success with Livity delivering 70,000+ trainees across the continent, with Celestine as the Kenya project head training 17,000+ people in Kenya with a team of 3 people on ground.

Her role included TTT and delivering the curriculum to identified diverse partners in large numbers. With a career spanning across various industries in Telecommunication

(Tecontra, Nairobi, Kenya), Retail (Woolworths, Lagos, Nigeria, Technology (Bozza.Mobi StartUp, (Cape Town, South Africa), Rekindle Learning ( Cape Town, South Africa) and Digital Training Literacy Skills as Country head Livity Africa (Google) (Nairobi, Kenya).

Celestine has over fourteen years of practical experience in personal growth & motivation, research, business development and youth training. She has worked in extensive environments all over Africa in Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa. She is passionate about marketing and promoting personal development and improving life styles through embracing and incorpo-rating Technology, Training and through entrepreneurship.
