Dr. K K Tse Co-founder & Chief Education Officer Education for Good CIC Ltd.

Dr. Tse is Founding Chair of Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum and, Co-founder & Chief Education Officer of Education for Good CIC Ltd.

Dr. Tse held senior executive positions in the Shui On Group for ten years, before setting up his own management consulting company - K K Tse & Associates in 1992, is specializing in Total Quality Management, Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, Leadership Development and Corporate Governance.

He retired early from 2000 onwards and has been active in promoting social entrepreneurship in HK. He was the first member of the Ashoka Support Network in Hong Kong, which he joined in 2007. In 2008, he co-founded with Patrick Cheung a new social enterprise, DiD (HK) Ltd., to bring Dialogue in the Dark to Hong Kong and China.

In 2010, Dr. Tse was appointed by the HKSAR Government as a member of the “Social Enterprise Advisory Committee”. In the same year, he designed and conducted a new six-month course on “Who wants to be social entrepreneurs?”, jointly offered by the Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum and HKU SPACE..

Dr. Tse has published widely on social entrepreneurship. He was the editor of the first book on social entrepreneurship in HK, 《新愚公移山: 十個社會企業創業者的故事》, (2007). He edited another book in the following year 《社會企業妙點子》. Since June 2007, he founded and edited a bi-weekly electronic publication, “Social Entrepreneurs Newsletter” which is now in its 150th issue..

He also organized the Chinese translation of the book Everyday Legends: Stories of 20 Great UK Social Entrepreneurs, which came out in Chinese in mid-2008. In 2009, he coauthored with a mainland social entrepreneur, Andrew Yu on a book 《公益創業：青年創業與中年轉業的新選擇》。

謝家駒博士為「香港社會創業論壇」創會主席，亦為「仁人學

社」的創辦人及首席教育導師。 謝博士曾在瑞安集團擔任高層管理職位達十年之久，並在 1992年創辦「謝家駒管理顧問公司」，專業於全面質量管理，業務

流程再造，變革管理，領導力發展和企業管治。 謝博士自 2000 年起開始退休起便積極推動社會創業運動。他自 2007 年便成為國際推動社會創新之領導

機構「愛創家」支援網絡的成員。2008 年，他與張瑞霖共同創辦香港「黑暗中對話」有限公司。 2010 年，謝博士被香港特區政府委任成為「社會企業枝諮詢委員會」成員。同年，謝博士設計及主持一

項為期六個月的嶄新課程「誰想做社會創業者？」，由香港社會創業論壇及香港大學公開進修學院聯合

舉辦。 謝博士著作繁多。他主編了本港第一本關於社會企業的專書《新愚公移山：十個社會企業創業者的故

事》(2007)，次年又主編另一本《社會企業妙點子》。自 2007 年 6 月開始，他創辦及主編了一份雙週電

子刊物《Social Entrepreneurs Newsletter》，至今已出版 150 期。他亦安排翻譯了一本社會入門書《平凡

創傳奇》，在 2008 年出版。2009 年，他與內地一名社會創業者合著了《公益創業：青年創業與中年轉

業的新選擇》。
