Events• WORKSHOPS• 09 / 2006 onwards - 20 workshops across the UK, including
Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales
(topics already include “enterprise and employability”)
• Two workshops on entrepreneurship education planned for 06/07 right now – exchange on best practice in a variety of aspects of entrepreneurship education
• ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2007
• (18th-20th April 2007, Glasgow) – sessions on entrepreneurship education
• last year conference attended by over 100 delegates

BMAF Projects supporting entrepreneurship

Grants
2006: £40,000 spent 13 grants of up to £3,500 each, including one on entrepreneurship education
2007: £ up to £ 60,000 available

NEW: special interest group entrepreneurship education for lecturers and academic support staff
• Call for participation of BMAF staff to get in touch
• 3-4 workshops for specialist and starters in entrepreneurship education
• Funding for travel
• Production of easy-to-access publications on practical teaching issues
