1 Calculus 2 – 800127 - This course covers hyperbolic functions, Sequences an series (convergence), Integration techniques, Applications of integrals and parametric equations.

2 Calculus 3 – 800128 - This course describes vector functions, Functions of several variables, Multiple integrals and Analysis of fields.

3 Geometry Transformation – 802699 - This course interests on the study of geometric transformations including (refection, rotation, translation, glide reflection, dilation), Affine transformations, Similitudes, (not) finite groups of symmetries.

4 Numerical Analysis – 828266 - This course interests on the study of errors types, Solution of the nonlinear equation f(x)=0, Resolution of linear systems, numerical integrations, numerical differentiations, numerical solutions of ODE.

5 Statistics and Theory of Probability – 802766 - This course describes the basic statistical methodology of data analysis including graphs and descriptive statistics, Measures of central tendency (Mean, Median, Mode, …) and relation between them, Advantages and disadvantages of measures of central tendency,

Quartiles, Measures of dispersion (The Range, The Variance, The mean deviation, The standard deviation,…), Relation between measures, Measure of concavity, Sample space and events, Counting Techniques (Fundamental basics, Permutation and Combinations), Definition of the probability and its applications, Conditional probability, Independence of events, Bayes theorem and its applications, Discrete (Binomial, Poisson) and continuous (Exponential, Normal) random variables, Double discrete probability distributions, Double continuous probability distribution (Double probability function - Marginal functions - Variation coefficient- Covariance coefficient).

6 Special Functions – 801509 - This course describes a variety of special functions using linear differential equations and integral representations. It interests in Forbinious method to solve the 2nd order linear differential equations about both ordinary and regular singular point, The recurrence relations for Legendre, Laguerre polynomials and the special functions (Gamma, Beta, Bessel ) to obtain their derivatives, solving Sturm Lioville system.

7 Abstract Algebra – 801509 – This course describes Rings and Fields, Rings and Quotient rings, Homomorphisms and Isomorphisms, Rings of polynomials ( reducible and irreducible ) and tests of factorization, Unique factorization and roots of polynomials of degree more than 3, Fields extension and algebraic elements, Modules.

10 Discrete Mathematics 2 – 802700 - This course describes: Partial differential equations (PDE) ( Definitions- Classification – Formation of partial differential equations ) –Partial differential equations in Physical problems, 1st order linear PDE - Lagrange method – Direct integration method, 2nd order linear PDE – Euler equation-Dalmbert solution of the wave equation, Higher order partial differential equations with constant coefficients ( homogenous and non-homogenous ), Solving boundary value problems ( Separation of variables - Laplace's transformation ), Fourier transform - solving boundary value problem, Green function - Solution of non homogenous ODE equations.

11 ODE (Ordinary Differential equations) – 800129- The topics are : Definition of differential equations, Classification of differential equations by (order, degree, ordinary, partial, linear, nonlinear), Solutions (explicit, implicit, general, particular), Formulation of differential equations: The elimination of arbitrary constants, First-order ODE's: Initial value problems, separable equations, Homogeneous equations, exact equations, Linear equations with variable coefficients, Bernoulli's equation, Second and higher orders linear differential equations: General solution of homogeneous linear equations with constant coefficients, principle of superposition, linear independence and the Wronskian, Second and higher orders non homogeneous linear equations with constant coefficients: Method of Linear differential operators with constant coefficients, Second and higher orders non homogeneous linear equations with variable coefficients: Variation of parameters, Cauchy-Euler Equation, Laplace transforms and their applications, Series solutions of linear equations.
