My Husbarrd, Dr. M. Pampapathv,left a lucrative career as a Medical Officer at AshokLeyland Hosur, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu and to serve withIndian Red Cross Medical Relief Mission in Sri Lanka as Senior Medical Officer,along with the [PKF, helping the civilians in distress when many sulked from volunteering.He served the needy, disregarding threat to his life in a foreign land, sacrificing hisresponsibility towards his wife and children. He also served as the Secretary, Indian MedicalAssociation, The Nilgiris Branch, Tamil nadu.

But now, the authorities/officials along with the accused are hell bent ondishonouring, defaming, and destroying the character and reputation hard earned by myfamily meticulously, sincerely and honestly through hard work. The officials serving invarious echelons of power in today's govemment can come up with umpteen stories, hellnumber of imaginative reasons and causes for not taking action in any of the complaints ofmy daughter and son. The inordinate and evident delay in action upon complaints evidentlyindicates the Govt. of ficiais/authorities/courts intent in hoping for the destruction of thecomplainants thereby my family.

I woulcl like to emphasize that my husband died serving victims of the 2005 ntonsoonalong with a private medical mission. My husband never hesitated to help anyone in distress.Today a daughter of such a responsible man who rushed to anyone and everyone's need anddid what he catr without hesitation, will have to wait for days, weeks, months or even yearsbefore being served justice.

I Dr. D. Sornambieai, served with the Tantil Nadu Medicul Sen,ices for 27 yeurs andsix months and retired as Senior Civil Surgeon Ophthalmoloeist with an impeccable record.But I am made to run pillar to post and the government officials or authorities taking everyopportunity to insult, intimidate, and harass me and my family with utter disregard to my ageor service without an iota of consideration or courtesy.

My elder Son P. Muthu Kumar, in his adolescence served as a volunteer in NationalService Scheme. During his graduation, for services done in sustaining development andbrotherhood iri this society he was awarded, The Tamil Nadu State Best NSS Volunteer GoldMedal.

Last but not the least, my younger son P=JJsan who by merit was awarded a GotdMedal for Social attainment bv Anna Universitv while graduating frorn the Alma mater of

the former president Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Madras Institute of Technology, not by chancebut by choice. Later on pursued PGPM at IIM Lucknow and seryes as a Senior ManagerforVolvo India Lttl., a firm internationally known for safety standards. This younger son of minewho is the highest tax payer in our family and currently the whole financial support wastargeted in a false, frivolous, fabricated traffic violation case in Bangalore and was held atWhitefield traflrc police station, Kadugodi , Bangalore on 19 April 2010 coincidentally theday the letter frorn the President's Secretariat to the Chief Secretary, Government of TarnilNadu is drafted. Would like to add that this youngest member of my family has beenreceiving accolades and awards from his childhood. But unfortunately we parents were neverthere when his achievements were celebrated or felicitated even for once; be it felicitation bythe Governor Chenna Reddy fbr his proficience in Quiz at The Laidlaw Memorial School andJunior College, Ketti, The Nilgiris or the GOLD MEDAL for social attainment at MIT, AnnaUniversity, Chennai! Or when pursued at IIM, Lucknow! Why? Doctors are meant to seryethe needv in thc societv without HESITATION! But today he is repeatedly made to stand as

an the ACCUSED in the court (5.7.2010; 6.7.2010,28J.2010, 10.8.2010,24.8.2010, 1.9.20106.9.2010 and the next date is 9.9.20101 by the police (l9.Aprit Z0t0; tne very daypresident's secretariat drafts a letter), when he is supposed to pursue his chosen, nurturedand hard earnecl life.

My Daughter P. Revathi, got married on 4 September 2008 to R. Selvam s/o A.Ramasamy, 134147. Bharathi street, Vasudevan Nagar, Chennai - 83, was harassed tbr dowryfrom the day orre of her marriage and tortured mentally and inhumanly by 8 people: R.SEI,VAM, A- RAMASAMY, R. POONGAVANAM, R. TAMILSELVI, R. SIVAGAMI,R. PADMA, PALANISAMY (LAWYER) AND KANTHARAJ. Action is pending on FIRdt. 28.7.09 at AWPS, Hosur for various reasons of malefied intent from the Govt. officials,authorities, conrmission, and courts. Complaint (16.Feb.2010) to the ADGP, CBCID Chennaifor cybercrime and visa fraud is yet to be issued an FIR.

I kindly request this Honorable Presidency to take action on my complaints before thelethargic, evasive, and reluctant authorities cause or add to irreparable damage or defamationor destruction of my family using the frivolous charges, cases and actions in collusion witheight of the accused and their friends or families.

I ACCOMPANY MY THREE CHILDREN TO EVERY COURT, POLICESTATION, DOWRY PROHIBITIONERS OFFICE, Even though these authorities nrake mestand at their cftrors along with accused and criminals. TO WHAT END? If INACTION of a

doctor leads to sr,rflbring or death of a victim is a crime, WHAT ABOUT THIS INACTIONon part of the various officials, ministers, and authorities including the STATE WOMENCOMMISSION, TAMIL NADU?
