Formed own Construction Company with Andersons & King Contractors (ALS-Partners Ltd) for the new build construction of various housing association projects, including the construction of leisure (sports), healthcare, NHS Homes, power plants (small), and real-estate projects. Also, building contractor for several modular concrete, brick and timber framed housing development schemes, ducting, drainage, power and all service utilities.
