7.BidsmustbesubmittedtotheBACDPWHROVI,FortSanPedro,IloiloCityonorbeforeSeptember22,2015,10:00A.M.AllbidsmustbeaccompaniedbyabidsecurityinanyoftheacceptableformsandintheamountstatedinITBClause18.Further,biddersrepresentativewhowilldropthebidproposalsmustbethedulydesignated/registeredliaisonofficerofthecompany/firmasappearinginitsContractorsRegistrationCertificate(CRC),whomustpresentitscompanysandagovernmentissuedidentificationcardsascompetentproofofhis/heridentity.
