AGREEMENT BETWEEN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT OF DE PERE AND DE PERE EDUCATION ASSOCIATION 1. In 2014 - 2015, Base Wages will increase by 1.46%. 2. The total increase in base wages will be distributed in accordance with exhibit A. A. Employees with a salary over the new salary maximum will receive a $655 increase to their base salary. B. Employees with a salary under $35,500 will receive an increase of $2,500 to their base salary. C. Employees with a salary between $35,500 and $37,999 will receive a salary base increase sufficient to increase their base salary to $38,000. If the employee's salary base increase is less than the employee will receive a one-time payment of $655 less any increase to their salary base. D. Any employee not covered under A, B, or C will receive a one-time payment of $655 not to be included in their base salary less any increase to their salary base. NOTIFICATION OF NEW SALARY SCHEDULE 1. The attached salary schedule replaces the existing salary schedule beginning in the 2014 - 2015 school year. The salary schedule is subject to modification in future years at the discretion of the Board of Education. 2. Employees below the salary minimum will be given additional salary increases to their base wages until such time that their salary is equivalent or greater than the s_alary minimum. The amount of any additional salary increases will be determined each school year. 3. Employees above the. salary maximum will be given a percentage salary increase to their base wages equivalent to the $ increase of the salary maximum. 4. In addition to the 1.46% increase to total base wages, the District will make a discretionary increase equivalent to .54% of total base wages for the 2014-2015 school year.

A. Employees with a salary over the new salary maximum will receive a $655 increase to their base salary.
