Title: Short‐Term Downtown Parking Improvement
Objective‐ The CRA purchased 2.275 acres of land in the downtown. State of Florida Brownfield Site Redevelopment Agreements are being created for the sites. A $500,000 EPA grant application is being prepared for January 2020. If awarded demolition cannot begin until October of the same year. CRA prepared plans for short term aesthetic and 81 parking spaces.
