Step1. Sign up for a free property autopost account @ http://www.PropertySia.my (to change your login email, pw, click on Account Settings beside Home)

Step2. Upon login, goto My Autopost Accounts -> click New Account

Step 3. Select the Account you want to add, example Property Guru, and enter your Guru Account id/Email and Password

*we can presently autopost (2 way – import and autopost your listing) to Iprop,Guru,Propwall,Mudah,Durain, and many more site coming…..

Just 1x click to autopost, edit, delete, import all, save time to centralize manage all your listings at propertysia.my

(a MUST have Property tool for all agents in Malaysia, please inform and tell your friends, colleague, team leader today the wonderful site PropertySia.my)

Step 4-7: To import Property Listings from Other Property Site to PropertySia

Step 4. Goto My Autopost Listings, click Import

Step5. And choose by Ticking the Account of the property site you want to import your listing from other site to -> Propertysia, you can select YES for Include

retrieve photo so that your listing will be imported with pictures to Propertysia.My

Step 6. To verify the Import Job has completed, click on Schedule Tasks, wait for few minutes and click Refresh button to update the Status, if there is any Error

move mouse to the i icon to view the error reason, if there is no Error, the Status will display example 215 Done, 0 Warning, 0 Error, you can click Refresh button

between every 3-5 mins and the Status counter will show 0/215, 20/215, 30/215, etc it will increase everytime you click Refresh telling you 30 listings out of 215

total has been imported

Very Useful Tips:

Step 7. To view more detail for the Status, Click on the Status Link or ID number box up in red below, it is clickable

Step 8. And in the Manage Task page, it will display Reason if any listing Warning or Error, if Done mean success! and you can click on View url link, it will

automatically redirect to view the listing on the portal page.

Step 9-15: To Autopost Listing from PropertySia -> to Other Property Site

Step 9. To Add New Listing so that you can Autopost to other site, goto “My Autopost Listings” and click Add

Step 10. In the Create Listings page, fill in all field mark red asterisk * (required), for the Property Name General field read below:

Property Name General field: example type “austin” see below screenshot, and you can choose matching property name from the drop down which is

recommended, or you can type any name you want

Iproperty: we recommend you to type the property name in this field, and select the matching property name for iprop from the drop down selection becos

every property portal the property name may be different, if you leave it blank, our system will take the Property Name from General Field above

PropertyGuru: we recommend you to type the property name in this field, and select the matching property name for guru from the drop down selection becos

every property portal the property name may be different, if you leave it blank, our system will take the Property Name from General Field above

Mudah: <- Mudah allow you to type any name for property, if you leave it blank, our system will take the Property Name from General Field above

Propwall we recommend you to type the property name in this field, and select the matching property name for propwall from the drop down selection becos :

every property portal the property name may be different, if you leave it blank, our system will take the Property Name from General Field above

DurainProperty: we recommend you to type the property name in this field, and select the matching property name for durain from the drop down selection

becos every property portal the property name may be different, if you leave it blank, our system will take the Property Name from General Field above

*For Best Autopost Result to get high ranking and more sales call, we recommend you to type the Property Name for every property site name fields and choose

the matching property name from the drop down box as shown below:

Step 11. Select the listing you want to autopost by Ticking it and click Post/Repost

Step 12. And choose the Target Property Portal site by Ticking it that you want to autopost the listing

Step 13. Click on Schedule Tasks to view the Post/Repost Job status, click on Refresh button every 3-5 mins and the counter will increase example 0/3, 1/3, 3/3,

once it increases to 3/3, mean total 3 of 3 listing has been autoposted and Status will display 3 done 0 warning, 0 error.

Very Useful Tips:

Step 14: To view more detail for the Status, Click on the Status Link or ID number box up in red below, it is clickable

Step 15. Upon you’ve click on the Status or ID link in previous Step 14, it will bring you to Manage Task page, you can click on View and it will redirect you to the

target property site to view the autoposted listings, if there is any Error or Warning, reason will be displayed below, example posting to Mudah or Durain may

require approval, so you need to wait 1-2 days and check back by coming back to the same Manage Task #2766 page again to see if is still Pending Approval or

Done, our system will help you automatically check and refresh the status from Pending Approval to -> Done (Approved). And you can click on View url link

below and we’ll automatically redirect you to the target property site to view your autoposted listings. (Coming soon New Feature is we’ll also add email

notification to inform you via email upon your job is Autoposted - Done, or Approved) so that you no need to manually check the status by coming to the

Manage Task page.

Step 16-23: To Autopost Listing from PropertySia -> Facebook

Step 16. To autopost your listing to FB, you’ll need to Copy your listing from My Autopost Listings -> My Propertysia Listings, by click on the Copy to Propertysia

button

Step 17. Upon you’ve click on Copy to Propertysia in previous Step 16, your listing will be visible and display at http://propertysia.my and To verify, go to My

Propertysia Listings and your listing will appear in the table below (You can also click on Go to My Website to view your Propertysia Listing)

*Any listing under My Propertysia Listing can also be copy over to -> My Autopost Listings, by click on the “Copy to Autopost” button above, so that once your

listing is copy over to My Autopost Listings, you may then Autopost to other property site like Iprop, Guru, Mudah, etc

To conclude:

1. If you want to autopost your listing to other property site like Iprop, Guru, Mudah, etc you need to have listing under My Autopost Listings

2. If you want to autopost your listing to Facebook, you need to have listing under My Propertysia Listings

3. If you want your listing to be visible in http://propertysia.my you need to have your listing under My Propertysia Listings

4. You can easily click on Copy to Autopost (from My Propertysia Listings) or click on Copy to Propertysia (from My Autopost Listings) to copy your listings

between “My Autopost Listings” <-> “My Propertysia Listings

Step 18. Next to autopost to FB, goto My Autopost Accounts, click New Account and select Target Portal choose 1. Facebook

Name: Enter any name example FB Account1

Fb Email Address: Enter your FB email address

Fb App ID: (See and do Step 19. First then fill up this later)

Fb App Secret: (See and do Step 19. First then fill up this later)

Step 19. Complete all following step in Red Steps 1 to 18 below:

Red Step 1. login to your fb account first -> http://facebook.com

Red Step 2. Goto http://developers.facebook.com and select Apps -> Register as a Developer, choose YES and click Register -> click Done

If you are already registered as developer then skip Red Step 2 and go to Red Step 3.

*If you don’t get to see below Red Step 4. Screenshot then just proceed to Red Step 5.

Red Step 5. Display Name Enter http://www.PropertySia.my

Red Step 6. Enter your fb email address example alan@gmail.com <- this is just an example, replace by entering your own fb email

Red Step 7. Choose Apps for Pages see below:

Red Step 8. Click on Settings -> Basic

Red Step 9. Enter propertysia.my <- do not include www or http, just enter propertysia.my as shown exactly below

Red Step 10. Enter your fb email example alan@gmail.com <- this is just an example please replace with your own Fb email address

Red Step 11. Click + Add Platform and choose Website

Red Step 12. Enter Site URL as http://www.propertysia.my

Red Step 13. Click Save Changes

Red Step 14. Click App Review

Red Step 15. Click Yes and ensure it is Live

Red Step 16. Click on Dashboard

Red Step 17. Copy and paste App ID and paste to Step 20 scroll down to next page

Red Step 18. Copy and paste App Secret and paste to Step 20 scroll down to next page

Congratualations You’ve Completed all the Red Steps 1-18!

Back to Normal Steps Now

Step 20. Next to autopost to FB, goto My Autopost Accounts, click New Account and select Target Portal choose 1. Facebook

Name: Enter any name example FB Account1

Fb Email Address: Enter your FB email address (alan@gmail.com) is just an example please replace with your own FB email address below

Fb App ID: (copy and paste from previous Red Step 17.)

Fb App Secret: (copy and paste from previous Red Step 18.)

Click SAVE button below upon done

Step 21. Click Grant button below

Click GRANT, it’ll bring you to “Continue as yourname, and Click Okay Page” as shown below just click Okay

Step 22. change Friends to Public, select -> Public as shown below:

so that your Auto Posted Property ads can be seen by Public to get more sales leads

Step 23. Click Okay, and Congratulations!

you’ve now successfully completed step 16-23 to link up

FB Autopost Apps to your Propertysia Account

Step 24. Goto https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer

Step 25. Select v2.2 (choose the lowest version)

Step 26. Click Get Token -> Get User Access Token

Step 27. Check by Ticking the box user_groups

Step 28. Click Get Access Token

Step 29. Select by highlighting the entire Access Token code

Step 30. Right click mouse, and select Copy from drop down selection choose Copy

Step 31. Click Add Fb Group

Step 32. Click Add New Groups, click again until Facebook Account step 33. appear

Step 33. Select your FB Account name

Step 34. Paste the access token code from previous Step 29/30

Step 35. Click Proceed, and your FB Property Groups will be imported over as shown under Current Groups (134) as an example:

Step 36. Goto Fb Ad Groups and click Create New Ad Group, Read the yellow box explanation on what is Fb Ad Groups?

Example you can Create 2x Fb Ad Group name:

Fb Ad group1 – KL Condo <- and add any 5x KL Condo listings to this group (max is 5 listings per Fb Ad Groups)

Fb Ad group2 – Johor Commercial <- and add any 5x Johor Commercial to this group (max is 5 listings per Fb Ad Groups)

Step 37. Click Add/remove items to/from this group button in Red below, so that you can add 5 listings to this group

Presently there is 0 saved ads in this list, once added it will increase to 5 saved ads, see Step 38. On how to Add/Remove

Step 38. Select any 5 listings by Ticking the boxes

Step 39.Click Add to Ad Group

Step 40. And verify the saved ads now increase to 5 saved ads in this lists

Step 41. Goto Fb Campaign see below red boxes -> and click on Create New Campaign

Read the instruction in yellow box on what is Campaign?

Campaign is a scheduler to schedule the 5 saved ads in the list from previous step 40. to be autoposted to your Fb Group, Timeline or Page.

You can Create unlimited Campaign example:

Camp 1 – schedule post at 1530 hr for Fb Ad group1 – KL Condo to 10 Fb property group or to your Timeline or Page

Camp 2 – schedule post at 1600 hr for Fb Ad group2 – Johor Commercial to another 10 Fb property group or to your Timeline or Page

Camp 3, etc

Step 42. Enter Campaign Name, any name example “Fb Campaign 1 post at 1550 hrs to Fb Group”

Step 43. Choose your Fb Account

Step 44. Select where you want to post to can be Timeline, Facebook Groups (Max can select 10 Fb group per campaign), or autopost to your Facebook Pages

Step 45. Select the Fb Ad Group example -> Fb Ad Group 1 – Kl Condo (this the Ad Group with 5 saved ad listing which will be autoposted at scheduled time)

Step 46. Campaign Scheduled time to Autopost everyday, example below at: 1530 hour (note is: 24 hour format) if you want to post at 7pm set 19 00

Step 47. Create Save

Step 48. Once you’ve created and saved your campaign schedule with time set to autopost at 1530 hrs, to verify just wait for 10-20 minutes say by 1540 hr or 1550 hr just go to Fb queue below, the Status will display Pending (Waiting in Queue) -> Completed (if is not Completed and still Pending which mean Waiting, just wait for another 20-30 mins more and come back to Fb queue to check status and it should show completed) Step 49. once it show Completed, you can click the FB Target link number example 1403218346644619 and it will redirect you to your fb group and you can see your autoposted listing see next page for sample screenshot.

Step 50. Sometime the Status show Error, you can move your mouse to the error red box below and it’ll pop up telling you what’s the reason error, it is normal say out of 10 fb group to have 1-2 group show error, this is due to permission error or unauthorized error, if you are getting these error just click on step 51.

below the screenshot red box, click on the number 1427808344125614 to find out what’s the Fb property group name example assuming the fb group name is “Malaysia Investment Fb Property Group”, then click on 52. to edit your campaign and Unselect the Fb group name with the error “Malaysia Investment Fb Property Group”, and select by changing to some other fb group, click saved Campaign and monitor again the new fb group selected if it posted Completed.

Step 49. Upon you click on the FB Target link for Completed status, it will redirect you to your fb group and you can see your listing being autoposted example

FB Autopost Tips:

Now you can create fb autopost unlimited campaign, we've upgraded to a more powerful system and remove the 10 campaign max limit,

now you can create UNLIMITED Fb autopost campaign, just create multiple fb account many agent has multiple fb accounts

you can add multiple fb account to propertysia by repeating Step 18-47

Example:

Fb account 1 - camp 1 to 5

Fb account 2 - campaign 6 to 10

Fb account 3 - campaign 11 to 20

etc

So that if Fb acc1 temporary block by Fb you still got Fb acc2 and 3 to autopost your listing round the clock 24 hours

that's the strategy the more post the more sales query!

Fb Troubleshooting Tips

*please note whenever if you change your Fb password, you need to goto My Autopost Accounts -> and click Renew, so that your fb autopost campaign can

resume auto posting, else the Fb Queue may show error and this error sometime could be due to you’ve change to new Fb password recently, so just click

Renew below, and fb autopost in propertysia can resume autoposting your listing for you to your fb groups again…..

Very Useful Tools Tips

Tips 1 – Goto My Autopost Listings -> select your listing that you want to export to excel and click Export to File, your listing will be exported/backup as .csv excel

format as shown below

Tips 2 – You can add reference notes example, click 1. Edit, go to 2. References Notes tab and type any notes example “datok tay want to buy 5 unit” then click

Submit and in 4. Below you can click on Notes to sort by alphabet you can also type into the blank field “tay” and it will search filter “tay” for you

Tips 3 – You can click on the source (click 1.) below to sort property site by alphabet, or you can also (click2.) on the blank field to select by property name
