COMPANY BACKGROUND
• Offshore International FZC (OIF) is a Joint Venture company formed by Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (L&T), India and SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad, Malaysia for providing services to offshore construction industry worldwide.
• Company’s equity is held in the ratio 60:40 by L&T and SapuraCrest respectively.
• Company registered with the Hamriyah Free Zone of Sharjah, UAE. Will own and operate the LTS 3000, a Heavy Lift cum Pipe lay Vessel.
