Changing printers created greater quality by having newer equipment and technology, longer selling times because quicker make ready/turn around times and bottom line saving of $250,000 annually. • Conversion to Desktop Publishing: Developed and implemented an "off the self" solution for desktop publishing. This plan involved specifications (including software) for user workstations, server specifications, routers and cabling. This allowed growth of 100% in five years with no additional staff. • Upgrade Order Entry System: Upgraded from internally developed Order Entry System to Commercial Software. The front end of the system allowed staff to interface with remote clients in real time saving time for both staff and clients. The back end automatically uploaded ads to be used on printing layouts and website.
