Manufacturingnaval components
Fixed pitch propellers produce PropellersCorpor monoblock up to
15 tons of bronze alloy, with
diameters of up to 5.5 meters.
Manufactured products are developed in Class I,
Class II and Class S.
For stainless steel manufactures, the limit is 600
units completed kilograms.
PropellersCorp has capacity to produce blades upto eight tons
and production units in Class I, Class
S and Cu3.
PropellersCorp develops new designs for propellers
and blades pitch installed in order to improve the
performance of the boat / ship in terms of speed /
consumption refers.
Controllable pitch propellers up to 15 tons and 5.5 mdiameter.
Class I, Class II and Class S.
PropellersCorp CP propellers produce up to fifteen
tons of bronze alloy, with diameters of up to 5.5
meters. The offer includes Class I, Class II and Class
S types. With regard to the products of stainless
steel, the limit is 600 units completed kilograms.
A nozzle is a device that converts the heat andpressure of a
fluid (known as enthalpy) energy into
kinetic energy. As such, it is used in turbo machines
and other machines such as nozzles, jets, jet
propulsion, etc.
The use of a nozzle can increase the thrust of a
minimum 20%.

monobloque de hasta 15 toneladas en aleacin de
bronce, con dimetros de hasta 5,5 metros.
Los productos manufacturados se desarrollan en
Clase I, Clase II y Clase S.
Para productos manufacturados en acero
noxidable, PropellersCorp tiene capacidad de
manufacturar hasta 7 Tn.
PropellersCorp dispone de capacidad de producir
palas de hasta ocho toneladas y las unidades
pueden ser solicitadas en Clase I, Clase II y Clase S
en CU1 y CU3.
Desde PropellersCorp desarrollamos diseos de
nuevas palas para hlices de paso variable ya
instaladas con el objetivo de mejorar el rendimiento
del barco/buque en cuanto a relacin velocidad/
consumo se refiere.
Hlices paso variable hasta 15 Tn y dimetro de 5.5
m. en Clase I, Clase II y Clase S.
PropellersCorp produce hlices CP de hasta quince
toneladas de aleacin de bronce, con dimetros de
hasta 5,5 metros. La oferta incluye la Clase I, Clase
II y Clase S tipos. Con respecto a los productos de
acero inoxidable, el lmite de manufacturacin de
PropellersCorp es hasta 3 Tn.
Una tobera es un dispositivo que convierte la
energa trmica y de presin de un fluido (conocida
como entalpa) en energa cintica. Como tal, es
utilizado en turbomquinas y otras mquinas, como
inyectores, surtidores, propulsin a chorro, etc.
El uso de una tobera permite aumentar el empuje un
mnimo de un 20%.

On-site PropellersCorp, hubs (cores) are subjected
to all kinds of tests to ensure the highest quality
standards. Among the tests to which they are
subjected are, resistance test pressure and liquid
penetrant, ultrasonic resistance, etc.

PropellersCorp manufactura hubs (ncleos) hasta 9
toneladas.
En las instalaciones de PropellersCorp, los hubs
(ncleos) son sometidos a todo tipo de pruebas
asegurar los ms altos estndares de calidad. Entre
los tests a los que son sometidos encontramos, test
de resistencia a la presin y lquidos penetrantes,
ultrasonidos resistencia, etc.
PropellersCorp disea, funde, mecaniza y entrega
ncleos (hubs) con los ms altos estndares de calidad.
