SOLMED first service company was established in 1870, since then it has been
servicing clients around the world, in very diverse set ups, from big metropolis
to the most remote and isolated places. We have vast knowledge in South
American & African countries, where we have been providing high quality
services for more than 30 years, adding value to its projects with the experience
that this vast knowledge confers to us, working for very specific and demanding
sectors as the oil & gas industry.
Our logistical experience and resources allow us to provide high quality and
safe products from top class suppliers to any of the worldwide countries we
operate in.
SOLMED Alliance has served well renowned oil companies that have always
been satisfied with our services. We have performed complete facilities, food
service, catering, hotel & facilities management services in many of the most
remote countries around the world, both in offshore and onshore sites, and
always with a satisfactory outcome.

SOLMED Alliance EHS&Q department ensures
that all their employees, customers and visitors
are fully safeguarded in respect of health, safety
and welfare whilst at work. We believe that
everyone has a duty to take care for the
environment and to seek ways to conserve
natural resources. Our aim is to be conscious of
all environmental issues.
We ensure whoever enters our premises as
contractors, employees or visitors are not
exposed to any health and safety risk during the
course of their business or visit.
Our objectives are to provide comprehensive
information, instructions and trainings to ensure
the health and safety at work, for every
employee and visitor. This can be obtained
thanks to our EHS Center which works
continuously, reviewing and improving internal
training courses, together with challenge exams,
as well as training our staff, doing toolbox talks,
daily safety meetings, going over real case
studies.

Health and Safety area. It is always implementing
the latest trainings and courses to coach our
team.
We are certified by Det Norske VERITAS
as follows:
ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard

(Environmental Health and Safety).
Our goal is to continue preserving a healthful
and safety environment in every operation we
manage; with the support of our logistical
infrastructure and our valuable team.
CAPACITY / EXPERIENCE
SOLMED Alliance adds value to its projects based on the experience gained
since 1970 servicing clients in remote sites, and working for very specific and
demanding sectors as the Oil & Gas industry. Our logistical experience and
resources allow us to provide high quality and safe products from top class
suppliers to any of the countries we operate in.
SOLMED Alliance and the group of companies have served well renowned
oil companies, in West Africa and worldwide that have always been satisfied
with our services.
As examples, we have been serving the AMPCO Gas Plant at Punta Europa
(Equatorial Guinea) with more than 3.000 residents at peak times. We started
at the beginning of its building, and have worked continuously performing
catering and housekeeping services without any lost time incidence, having
always complied with our principles and thus achieving our main goals: our
complete customer satisfaction. In this camp, we were running a VIP Club
House where we were serving fine "a la carte" dining cuisine.
SOLMED Alliance has performed complete facilities management for many
customers, such as ExxonMobil for whom we currently manage the Catering
and Hotel services on their offshore units. On the onshore camps we provide
janitorial, landscaping, waste management, transportation and reprographics
services. We provide full catering and hotel services for many drilling and Oil
companies such as HESS, with which we currently have a Global contract for
Equatorial Guinea, where we manage all their offshore units since 2005. We
also work with Noble Drilling, Atwood Oceanics, Transocean, Pride International,
Ocean Rig & Saipem among others to which we have followed into projects
that required working in different countries for several months.

We have created a network-chain of offices,
domestic warehouses and logistics platforms in
order to integrate international operations with
domestic distribution, aiming to offer all logistics-
related products. As well, we have established
a chain of branches and representatives located
in the most convenient and logistic areas. In our
sites we are ready for storing, handling and
clearance of supplies needed in transit or local
for the on-offshore units and sites. Presently
covering near all continents, from where we can
attend our customers with a 100% Satisfaction
Guaranteed.
SOLMED Alliance has faced the challenge of

creation of quantified value solutions and
cooperation with our customers & suppliers and
satisfying those needs. Our Supplying Team
includes operating units; operational, and
support. We meet our customer's needs and
our support is given through "Supply Chain
Management (SCM)" and Quality of Service,
with strong element of service, innovation and
a spirit of commitment. This commitment abides

worldwide service wherever they need and

SOLMED Alliance provides the systematic
infrastructure for the specification, requirements
definition, acquisition, material transportation,
inventory management, and logistic placement
of materials for main commodity areas including:
ship repair parts & spares, petroleum products,
ship's store merchandise, subsistence/food
service and janitorial products.
Support aligns directly with the operating units.
Through our experiences of serving shoulder-
to-shoulder with our customers, we are uniquely
positioned to anticipate and provide supply
support at customer's request. It is through this
channel you will find the Logistics Support Center
(LSC) which provides support services that
include: repairable management, material
handling, equipment management, local
purchasing, training for supply business systems
tools, supply assistance teams, consultative
services and supply chain integration with
commodity pipelines.

delivery of Quality of Service to our Customers. This term is comprised of two
elements that include Quality of Life and Quality of Work.
> Quality of Life refers to the unique aspects in the areas of family housing,
household goods, food service and ships stores operations.

In Europe, Africa and USA, we work through a distribution coordination and
warehouse center, as well as offices, at our working sites. These facilities are

multimodal foreign trade services such as international transport (air, sea,
train and road), customs clearance, cargo logistic, warehouse management

Throughout our dedicated years to the catering
industry, as the company which gave first
professional full catering service in Spain and
Equatorial Guinea (West Africa), for the oil
industry. We started in the Casablanca Field
(Tarragona-Spain) where we have developed
numerous capabilities which allow us to
undertake and complete all supply chain facets
and services, from the point of supply source to
our customer's service delivery.
SOLMED Alliance performs an integrated logistic
service that is achieved by designing and
performing all the different elements of the
logistics practices in our business when
implementing our products and services. The
