The colour reproduced in the brochure may be slightly inaccurate due to printing reasons. It is recommended that a RAL colour chart is used when specifying colours.

Between the frame and the leaf a different tonality can be presented, this may result from the differences

of the finishes and the process of paint coat.

Every PVC colour for the door leaf, can be only provided with its corresponding RAL colour for the frame,

1. Select the parts to be fitted according to the EI range of the door;

the parts for 60/120 are common for both thickness.

2.The parts with rectangle shape have to be fitted on the hinge sidethose of half cylinder shape go on the opposite side of the hinges.

3. Locate the square shape piece 1 upwards, right through the

superior cylinder lock and fit the piece 2 with the piece 1 (half

cylinder upwards).

4. Insert the piece 3 in the inferior square hole with the rectangle

shape upwards.

ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCK: are locks which opening is controlled by a switch or control device. This device supplies 12Vdc to the

lock allowing it to open.

These locks are for single or active leaf of double leaf doors.

There are two types:

CR1E; electromechanical fireproof standard lock

CR3E; electromechanical fireproof lock for panic bar

Operation information

a) As long as the inductor is properly feed, with adequate tension and polarity, it can be open by using the handle of any of the side door;

even if the door is locked.

b) Without tension;

-CR1E model it will never open if the door is locked (with the key).

-C33E model, it wont open from the hinge side if the door is locked (with the key). From the panic bar side

(opposite to the hinges) this lock can be open at any time.

ADDECUATE MAINTENANCE OF THE GLASS

-EI glass have been manufactured for an indoor use, as they become opaque if

the glass is exposed to atmospheric agents or direct sunlight.

-The glass should be washed with lukewarm water, a soft fiber cloth and a

compatible cleaner applied with a spray. Let rinse and wipe away with a soft cloth.

-Do not use any kind of acid, alkaline, chemical substances, solvent or its steam,

abrasives or sharpened objects. It should never be used dirty clothes for cleaning

up the glass.

VISION PANEL: accessory that makes possible to see the through the other

side of the room, it can be fitted in places where there is a frequent transit of

1.- Mark out the door leaf with the minimum requireddimensions indicated in previous pages.

2.- Drill through the door leaf and then cut the holewith a jigsaw fitted with a fine toothed blade, payspecial attention in order to prevent any delaminationof the door leaf.

3.- Locate as many retaining clips as screws have thesnap fastener ( not less than 4-6) according to theinferior figure. So it can match up with the locationwhere the screws are going to be placed.

4.- Locate the vision panel in the hole with the suppliedself-reaming tapping screws.

5.- Turn the door leaf over to provide access from theother side and place the vision panel into the aperture.

6.-Locate the ceramic fiber insulation blanket onto theedge of the vision panel or the peep hole seal if iscircular.

7.- Fit the glass by locating the Intumescent seal onthe retaining clips until the ideal adjustment is reached.

8.-Locate the second vision frame in the proper positionand screw it on.
