• Madamreservestherighttorefuseentryifvisitorsdonotcomplywithdresscodeconditions.

• Food,glassesand/orcups(emptyorfilled)arenotallowedtobetakenoutsideMadam.Itisforbiddentotakeyourownfoodorbeveragesinside,aswellastoconsumetheminsidetoenterworkareas(suchasthekitchen,warehouseandothervenues).

• VisitorsarenotallowedtoenterMadambarefootorwithflip-flops.

• SmokingisnotpermittedatMadam.Pleasesmokeinthedesignatedsmokingareas.

• ItisnotallowedtomakeorpublishprofessionalaudioorvideorecordingswithoutwrittenpermissionfromMadam.

• ByenteringMadamyouautomaticallyagreetotherecordinganduseofsecuritycamerafootagebyA’DAMSixSensesB.V.anditsmediapartners.

• Madamanditspartnersarenotresponsiblefordamageto,ortheftofpropertyofvisitors.

• Visitorsareheldtofollowinstructions,regulationsand/ordirectionsof(security)staffofMadamatalltimes.

• Anyonecaughtinillegalactswillbereportedtothepolice.ThestaffappointedbyMadam’smanagementisallowedtoarrestanoffenderinsuchcases,andhandthemovertothepolice.

• DonotcauseanynoiseorotherkindofdisturbancetoourneighborsafterleavingMadam.

• Itisstrictlyforbiddentoinflictdamagetopropertyorpeople,andtobehaveinawaythatthreatenssuchharm.Itisforbiddentostandonchairs,climbonstructureslikethebar,tostagedive,tocrowdsurfandthrowobjects,includingliquids.

• Lavatoriesareintendedforindividualuse.Itisstrictlyforbiddentoshareatoiletorusethespaceforotherreasonsthanitsoriginalintent.

• Youarenotallowedtoblockpaths(suchas(emergency)exits,fireextinguishersandstairways).

• TrespassinganyoftheabovehouserulescanresultineitherdeniedaccesstoMadam.

• Complaintsmaybedirectedtowardsmanagement.

Emergency situations• ThosewhovisitMadamshouldinformthemselves

aboutemergencyexitsandpaths,incaseofemergencysituations.Usingtheelevatorinsuchcircumstancesisprohibited.

• Madam’smanagementisallowedtoevacuateMadamiftheybelievesuchanactionisrequired.

Changes• Madamcannotbeheldresponsiblewhenanevent

plannercancelsaneventatMadam.• Madamreservestherighttochangethesetermsand

conditionsatanytime,andyouagreetoabidebythemostrecentversionofthis.VisitorsareencouragedtostudyMadam’shouserulesanddoorpolicy.

Security• ThecamerasurveillancesystemsattheA’DAMToren

record24hoursperday.Madam’smanagementwill

maketheserecordingsavailabletocompetentjudicialauthoritiesifrequested. Restaurant & skybar Madam

1inAmsterdam,anumbrellaorganizationofMadamAmsterdam,RestaurantMoon,A’DAM&Co.,TheLoft,A’DAMEventsandShelter.

• A’DAMSixSensesB.V.wantsnoagreementofcustodyasdescribedinTitel9ofBoek7BurgerlijkWetboekconcerningcloakroomobjects(includingtheircontents)witha(total)valueofmorethan€150,-.Cloakroomobjects(includingtheircontents)witha(total)valueofmorethan€150,-cannotbeissuedatthecloakroom.Ifoneusesthecloakroom,heorshemustensurethatthevalueofissuedobjectsdoesnotexceed€150,-andheorshewillnotkeepA’DAMSixSensesB.V.accountableforlossordamageexceedinganamountof€150,-

• A’DAMSixSensesB.V.acceptsnoliabilityfordamageorlossofitemsthatarekeptinsleeves,suchasscarves,sweatersandothergarments.

• A’DAMSixSensesB.V.isentitledtocheckthecontentsofthewardrobeobjects.

• A’DAMSixSensesB.V.reservestherighttorefusetheissueofcertainobjects,includingobjectsthat,fromthe

soleopinionofA’DAMSixSensesB.V.orcloakroomassistants,aretoovaluable,toobiginsize,(possibly)dangerousorquestionablecontent.

• TheuserissuinganobjectdoesnotholdA’DAMSixSensesB.V.liablefordamagecausedby(thecontentof)theissuedobject.

• Perissuedcloakroomobject,onetoken/ticketwillbeprovided.Cloakroomobjectsshallonlybereturnedoncethetoken/ticketishandedovertoacloakroomassistant.Thesameappliestothetemporarilyreturnofcloakroomobjects.

• Ifyouloseyourtoken/ticket,A’DAMSixSensesB.V.shallmakeanefforttofindthedesignatedcloakroomitemaftertheeventorpastclosingtime.Ifnotoken/ticketcanbepresented,A’DAMSixSensesshallnotcompensatethedamageinflictedbylossofthetoken/ticket.

• A’DAMSixSensesB.V.isnotliablefordamageto(thecontentof)theobjectissuedbytheuser,asaconsequenceofdamageorlossofobjects,nordamagefromanycausewhatsoevertoobjects,excludingdamagecausedbyintentorrecklessnessA’DAMofSixSensesBVoritsemployees.

• TheuserindemnifiesA’DAMSixSensesB.V.’sliabilityfordamagecaused(bythecontentof)theuser’sissuedcloakroomobjects.

• TheliabilityofA’DAMSixSensesB.V.islimitedatalltimesto€150foreacharticleissuedinthecloakroom(includingitscontents)uptoamaximumof€250,-perpersonintotal.A’DAMSixSensesB.V.isnotliablefordamageotherthandamageto,orinconnectionwith,thedisappearanceofanobjectitself.Compensationfordamagewillalwaysbeinaccordancewiththecurrentmarketvalueoftheobject(s).

• Liabilityforanyformofindirectdamage,includingoperationaland/orconsequentialdamages,lostprofitsorwages,missedsavings,etcetera,isexcluded.Inthefollowingsituations,compensationdoesnotapply:(i)anydamageinflictedbytheuserorhisassociatescausedintentionallyorbygrossnegligence,and(ii)damagesinrelationto(potentially)presentitemswithinthecloakroom

objects,suchastablets,laptops,cellphones,moneyorothervaluables.

• TheliabilityofA’DAMSixSensesB.V.onlyappliestotheuserwhoacceptedtheticket/tokenatthetimeofdeliveringthecloakroomitems,andcannotbetransferredtoathirdparty.

• Theuserisobligedtopickupobjectsdeliveredatthecloakroompriortoleavingthelocationwheretheeventisheld.Ifheorshefailstoretrievetheobject(s),A’DAMSixSensesreservestherighttonotreimbursethem.A’DAMSixSensesliabilitywillceaseifthecloakroomitemsarenotcollectedbeforethecloakroomclosesorinanyeventbeforethetimewhensurveillanceceasesatthecloakroom.

• Anycomplaintsmustbemadeimmediatelytothecloakroomstaffwhenthecloakroomitemsarereturned.

• Claimsforcompensations,togetherwithamentionofthenumberon/ofthecloakroomticket/token,mustbelodgedwithA’DAMSixSenseswithin48hoursofthereturnoftheitemshandedoverforsafekeeping.Writtennotificationofthelossordamageissufficient.Iflossordamageiscausedbyfireortheftorbythemislayingoftheitem,thismustalsobereportedtothepolice.

• PersonswhosufferlossordamagemustprovethattheitemsforwhichtheyareclaimingcompensationhavebeendamagedasaconsequenceofanoccurrenceforwhichA’DAMSixSensesisliable.Theymustalsoprovethattheamountclaimedbythemiscorrect.

• WhenapersonwhohasreportedlostanitemhandedovertoA’DAMSixSensesforsafekeepingsubsequentlyfindstheitemorisinformedthatithasbeenfound,he/shemustimmediatelynotifyA’DAMSixSensesandwherepossible,attherequestofA’DAMSixSenses,takethenecessarysteps,inparticularbycontactingthepolice,toidentifyandrecoverpossessionoftheitemortoassignhis/herrightsforthistoA’DAMSixSenses.

• Ifthepersonwhohashandedovertheitemforsafekeepingfailstofulfillhis/herobligationsaftertheoccurrenceofthelossordamage,A’DAMSixSensesis

exemptedfromtheobligationtoreimburse.
