/ Meeting the donor– our impressionDonor Burke is an extremely lively person, who is full of good energy. We have never experienced Burke sullen or in a bad mood. On the contrary, he always meets us with a broad smile and lots of spirit.

Creativity, creative urge and an unusually high activity, are some words that come to mind when we need to describe Burke. We are very impressed by how Burke manages to channel his large enthusiasm into many different exciting projects and activities.

Architecture and design is one of Burkes big interests. Here he can combine his artistic sense with his interest for technique. Burke has always been good at drawing and has in recent years started 3D-graphics and -modeling. This gives him completely new possibilities to really per-form all his creative ideas. Burke is serious about working towards further educating himself in this field at a university and transforming this passion into a lifestyle. The dream is also to get the opportunity to draw 3D-models and, after-wards, build his own dream house.

When it comes to music, Burke is also very creative. He can both play many different instru-ments, including piano, guitar and flute, and also enjoys singing.

Burke likes to be active daily as often as he can. Therefore parkour is the perfect sport for him, as he burns of some energy while also transporting himself through town from A to B at the same time. He has also been a parkour trainer for a group of kids. Another recreational activity Burke takes part in, is swimming.Social relationships mean a lot to Burke. He is very close with his family and finds it easy to form friendships and cares for them.

Once you get to know Burke a little bit better, you discover that there is a musing person hiding behind the energetic exterior. Burke thinks a lot

about life and why we are placed here on earth. He has a wish to leave behind his imprint on earth for when he is no longer here. This could be in the form of architecture and design and through those people he meets along his way.

Burke also explains that he has become a donor because he wants to leave footprints here in the world and because he has something valuable to pass on.

Burkes appearance is very boyish. He actually looks a lot like himself, as he is seen childhood photos, but now as a young man. He could, with his appearance , look like a member of a boyband or a young Justin Bieber.

His hair colour - as you can see in the childhood photos - alternates from dark brown at the bot-tom by the hair roots to completely light blond at the tips. His fridge hair is long and the blonde tips fall very charmingly over his high forehead.

Burke has beautifully formed lips - the upper lip with a defined cupid’s bow. The large dark brown eyes and clearly visible eyebrows form a beau-tiful contrast to the light skin tone and defined cheekbone.

In stature, Burke looks like the swimmer he also is, with a muscular upper body and narrow hips.

We completely agree with Burke about the fact that he has many qualities to pass on to a donor child, as he is an exciting person with many talents. On top of this, he is also an extremely handsome guy, so appearance wise he can also pass on good genes.
