Donor for Life is a Community Blood Center recognition program honoring and encouraging whole blood and apheresis donors who embark on a lifelong journey of helping save lives. At significant milestone blood donations along the way, donors receive a small gift celebrating their achievement and thanking them for their dedication.

• At5lifetimedonations(LTD),donorswillreceiveat-shirtcommemoratingthedonation.

• At25LTD,donorswillreceivealong-sleevedteecommemoratingthedonation.

• At50LTD,donorswillreceiveacopper“MoscowMule”stylemug

• At100LTD,donorswillreceiveajacket.At200,300,400,etc.donorshavethechoiceofajacketoranEddieBauerfleecevest.

• Certificatesuponrequestfor80and160LTDequalto10and20gallonsofdonatedblood.

These changes to the Donor For Life (DFL) program take effect on January 1, 2017.

The changes are not retroactive.
