Funding/Support for the13th

Annual Donnybrook Fiddle and Step Dance CompetitionThe Donnybrook Fiddle and Step Dance Competition is seeking $ 1000.00 from themunicipality to support this year' s contest. 50% of this funding goes towards the prizemoney for the Municipality of Thames Centre sponsored trophy and the first place prizemoney for the Open Step Dance Champion for the 2016 competition.

The remaining $500.00 goes towards the printing and advertising cost of the annualevent.

We are alsos seeking the use of a Thames Centre Truck for the collection of the garbageand the waiving of the tipping fee for its disposal.

I have enclosed some information on this year' s event and would gladly attend anupcoming meeting to present to council and answer any questions that may requireclarification
