SIGNING-ON:

Will take place in the Secretary of the Meetings office in Race Control as per the enclosed timetable.

UPGRADE CARDS:

Due to the number of items that are lost in the post, drivers who leave their upgrade card for CoC signature and do

not collect them at the end of the meeting, leave them at their own risk. For the avoidance of doubt, BARC will

return uncollected cards on the day following the event, but will accept no responsibility whatsoever if the card does

not reach the intended recipient.

NEW DRIVERS BRIEFINGS:

Briefings will be held in Race Control Building at the following times: 08.30hrs, 10.30hrs& 13.30hrs on Saturday.

FUEL:

UK Petroleum unleaded will be on sale at the Paddock Petrol Station during the meeting.

DRIVERS CHAMPIONSHIP BRIEFINGS:

Any briefings are at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course. No championship briefings are planned for this meeting

at present but competitors are reminded to listen carefully to all paddock tannoy announcements.

ENGINES/NOISE POLLUTION:

Engines must not be run at any time before 09.00hrs or after 20.00hrs on any day.

NOISE CHECKING:

Noise checking will be carried out by MSA Environmental Scrutineers at the entry to the Assembly Area.

RACE SELECTION PROCEDURES:

In events without a class structure the fastest 36 cars (30 racing and sports racing cars over 2000cc & 32 racing and

sports racing cars up to 2000cc) may start in their respective events. For Events with classes, reserves will be

nominated by the organisers if the number of entries received exceeds this figure, and reserves will be called

forward in strict order of nomination, should vacancies exist before the race grid is formed.

ENTRY ONTO THE CIRCUIT FOR COMPETING CARS:

For cars based in the main paddock area, please assemble in the assembly area. For practice, you will be signalled to

proceed onto the circuit at the start of your practice session. Cars based in the garages will not go to the assembly

area, but will form up in the pit lane prior to being released to the grid.

PADDOCK REGULATIONS – FIRE POINTS:

The designated fire points within the paddock area are located in the Scrutineering Bay and Petrol Station.

EXIT FROM THE CIRCUIT FOR COMPETING CARS:

When the practice or race session has expired as designated by the use of the chequered flag, vehicles will complete

one slowing down lap of the circuit and exit via the pit lane proceeding directly to Parc Fermé except when directed

to do otherwise by an Official of the meeting.

USE OF VIDEO EQUIPMENT:

It is permissible for competitors to use vehicle mounted video recording equipment for personal use alone but they

must have any such equipment securely mounted, and in place, prior to vehicle scrutineering taking place.

CIRCUIT ADDRESS:

SIGNING-ON:

Signing on will be alongside The Emergency Services sign-on area, and is situated underneath the Craner Curves

Suites in the infield. Access to this area is via the Paddock gate turn right onto the GP Loop, around Goddards, along

the pit straight and onto the infield at Redgate.

Please Note: For marshals allocated on posts up to and including McLeans, you will probably be permitted to park

behind the post, however this is to be confirmed and you will be informed at Sign-on. For Marshals allocated at

Coppice, the same circumstances apply and you will probably be required to park at McLeans and walk to post.

Post personnel will be advised of their allocations at signing-on. Please do not ring the BARC Office, as we cannot

assign allocations until the day of the meeting. If your name does not appear on the allocations list, it is usually

because the instructions were printed before we knew of your intention to volunteer for this meeting. Please sign on

in the normal way.
