IMPROVEMENTS
Place poster around the school like the toilet, hall, canteen and classroom. Awareness makes everyone knows about it
Announce during morning assembly so that everyone is clearly noted about this lodging business.
Spread around friends or schoolmates to make them more aware about it.
IMPROVEMENTS
Learn to listen to your customers first. Really listen to them and ask what you can do to help them. Better communication is a key step to recognizing and rectifying any negative flows in customer satisfaction.
Look at all complaints about your service as an opportunity to improve. Aim to resolve any complaint quickly and efficiently. A mutually beneficial resolution should always be the desirable outcome.
Give your staff a reason to come to work with a big smile on their face and a great attitude.
