PROGRAM INFORMATION Nursing Assistants work under the supervision of licensed nurses to deliver high quality care to residents. This is a 160-clock hour program. Day, Evening, and Weekend Classes available. Some of the duties of Nursing Assistants are:

• Feed, bathe, dress, serve meals • Make bed, keep rooms clean, change

linens • Take vital signs, answer calls for

assistance • Observe changes in a patient’s physical

condition or behavior • Proper documentation and reporting • Provide patients with help walking,

exercising, and moving in and out of bed etc.

Payment plan available TEXTBOOK Hartman’s Nursing Assistant Care The Basics 4/E Hartman’s Nursing Assistant Workbook 4/E CERTIFICATION Upon successful completion of the total clock hours of the program, and other requirements, applicant is eligible to take the Nurse Assistant Certification Competency Testing through either American Red Cross or Regional Testing Center.

General Admissions Requirement Applicants must be 18 years or older. All applicants must present either a State issued Identification card/driver’s license or passport. You must have a social security Number Proof of High School Graduation or equivalent, or higher education in U S Drug screening required. Physical exam, TB screening, and immunization are required

Assessment Test Applicants must pass English and math proficiency test to obtain admission.

PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE Fees are divided into four payments and must be fully paid on or before the last two weeks of the entire program

PROGRAM INFORMATION The Pharmacy Technician Program will prepare you to assist pharmacists in their day-to-day tasks. These professionals work under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist and other health care providers. This is a 219 hours classroom instructions and a 240-hour externship. Total clock hours 459. Upon successful completion, student will be able to

• Collect, organize, and evaluate patient information for accuracy

• Prepare medication orders, inventory, stock shelve, and fill prescriptions.

• Perform aseptic technique in a horizontal LAH and prepare IV piggyback order.

• Compute pharmaceutical calculations, reconstituting sterile drugs, and proper storage of medications. Compound suspensions, suppositories, capsules, and ointments. COURSE FEES • TUITION: $2999 • Registration (Non Refundable) $125 • Fees do not include CPR, uniform,
