MSRT123 Our mind is imperfect and if we understand these imperfections, we can effectively influence people’s decisions about our products / service / ideas. This was the central theme of Tr.Radhakrishnan’s talk on the topic Psychologyof Influence. An interesting insight was in parenting where it is extremely important to give a uniform message to the kids instead of oscillating our responses based on circumstances. If we are successful in doing this, the kids would be more likely to listen to us and look up to us. A well attended and highly appreciated session. It was a hot sunny morning where about 30 tablers, circlers and twinklers went all the way to Gummudipoondi to learn about how Industrial Dampers are manufactured. Tr. Viral took the group around the factory explaining how the raw material enters the factory and how it is taken through various steps to make the final product. And what a better way than try ones hands on one of those mammoth machines - Tr.Pankaj Shah was very pleased to operate the huge equipment so easily with a small hand wheel. Circulation of interesting article to the member groups which prescribes that Beer is great for creative thinking whereas Coffee is great for execution. So when you want that great idea, go have a couple of beers and when you get that idea, go gram a coffee to execute it well.

Inter-Table @ Area 2 As part of the inter table activities, Area 2 believes in DOing More. To improve the bonding across all tables, the Inter Table initiative for the year has been to have 2 young tablers from each table attend the Business Meets & Socials of other Tables. By this one gets to interact with other tablers across the table in the same area - thereby breaking barriers within the area. The young tablers also get to know how a Business Meet takes place in other tables and a feedback is given to the Secretary and Chairman of their own table on the same. A wonderful new DO MORE idea.

MCRT 94 A fellowship on a Navy Ship is an unthinkable and unique concept. This wonderful idea to have a Fellowship+LAPD+HRD aboard the indy Navy Ship was initiated by MCRT94. Tablers, Circlers and Twinklers were part of this knowledge and fun fellowship. The kids had a great time observing everything and also posing from the captain's seat. We were happy that our kids (and we too) were learning a bit about one of our major defence forces. Then came hot tea, samosas and yummy cakes courtesy the captain of the ship Capt.Uniyal.

Rishi Wadhwa ‘ the Jungle boy’ of 100 celebrated his bday with MART100 tablers. RK, the LAPD man of MART100 celebrated his bday at his residence – any yes it was a big bash and lots of cake all over the place. After all this partying, a decent place for breakfast was the need of the hour, and the next fellowship was a breakfast .

MSRT123 The clouds had come down and the weather was perfect to go trekking in the forest and coffee estate inside the hotel. The slushy and muddy roads were filled with different fauna and flora, especially leeches. However, everyone had a great time exploring this virgin land led by the staff of Taj @ Coorg. Tr. Gaurav and Cr. Niloufer treated the Tablers to some lovely tea and snacks as we lazily assembled to get together on a nice Saturday morning at their house. Though it was a little early, especially after the late partying the previous night, the attendance was worth appreciation. After a gruelling project @ The Hope Foundation School, The Tablers & Circlers felt the urge to fill their tummies with a little something. While driving back, the sight of Saravana Bhavan was enough for the cars to come to a screeching halt in front of the venue. Secy Tr. Bharat was at his best as he ordered a wide variety of dishes that were each sampled by the new Chairman Viral. He did not even spare the coffee and had to lick off the last morsels. The new Tr. Sarvan got a taste of the eating fellowship and decided to come better prepared next time. First dinner fellowship and Celebration of Tr. Bushan and Cr.
