HOW TO USE• Showyourstudenthowthedogcardsitsperfectlyonthetwoblackkeys.• Askyourstudenttofindalltheotherplaceswherethedogcouldsitonthepiano.• Repeatthisforthegatesonthethreeblackkeys.• Repeatthisactivitiyatseverallessonsuntilyourstu-dentcaneasilyfindandidentifythegroupswithoutthecards.• Overtime,andifit’shelpful,thiscandevelopintoanexplanationofhowtofindthe“doggyD”inthemiddleofthetwoblackkeys,andtheGandAinsidethegates.

ASSEMBLYToassemblethisgame:

• Printoutthedogandgatecards(pages3-4).• It’sbesttoprintoncardstock/thickpaperortolami-natetomakethecardsmoresturdy.• Foldthecardsinhalfsothattheywillsitupright.(Kindoflikeaplacesettingcard.)
