Documentation for Program SAPKKA13IntroductionProgram SAPKKA13 reverses line items of WIP calculation and results analysis. A prerequisite is that writing line items has been active up to now in Customizing for results analysis in the definition of the results analysis version, otherwise there will not be any line items. Before the reversal can be performed, the indicator Deletion allowed in the results analysis version must be selected. No documents can be reversed in closed periods. The reversal generates a document which can itself be reversed.Program SAPKKA13 has two useful applications. First, if WIP calculation or results analysis was inadvertently started in a previous period, SAPKKA13 is the only way to regenerate the data of that period. This is because it is not possible to access historical, period-based versions for changes to the status, to the planned values, or to project structures for example.
