1999 – 2002 Chair, Department of Prosthodontics, in charge of all aspects of the Air Force’s largest Prosthodontics Department, composed of six staff prosthodontists, ten residents, one fellow and 13 dental assistants and administrative staff. Program Director for Air Force Prosthodontics Residency with responsibility for curriculum and operation of the three-year program. Responsible for conduction of Air Force’s annual, month-long prosthodontics postgraduate program.

1994 – 1997 Director of Department of Defense’s Area Dental Laboratory for all military forces in the Pacific theater. Provided training and supervision of twenty-one technicians in the production of fixed, removable, implant and orthodontic appliances for dentists at over twenty locations in the Pacific Rim. Coordinated three annual workshops for over eighty dentists and technicians. Presented a total of 8 hours of hands-on prosthodontic workshops.
