Falconboard® is a green honeycomb structural paper based board. Standard �nish is white on both surfaces and white in the center. All brown �nish available upon request. Important: Some designs will show bare edges (when edge trim is not possible to use). Eco-Board® is a corrugated paper based cardboard made out of 70% recycled paper. Standard �nish is white on both surfaces and brown in the middle.
Standard number of units per box. In case of multiple units order, packaging may vary.
Backdrops, trade show booths and other large items are designed using the "hinge" system (half cut in the middle of the board so it can fold) to minimize packing box dimension and facilitate transportation. A �ne line will be visible in each panel. Note: Wooden Pallet packing is available upon request. In this case, boards will be shipped in one piece. (Pallet size: 4’ x 8’).
Price “with Graphics” includes full color high resolution graphics in all visible areas (including board connectors when necessary). Price is not associated to the total printed area. Customer needs to provide high resolution images to size (see Artwork Instructions). Price includes 1 hour of pre-press time on Backdrops and Trade Show Booths. For all other items, there is a one-time charge of $25 per design regardless the number of units ordered. In case designing/pre-press work is required, the customer will be billed at the standard rate ($120 / hour. Minimum charge: half hour). Pre-press fees do not apply to re-prints.
Price “without Graphics” does not have any pre-press charge.
Assembly is required. All the products in this catalog will require assembly that may include the use of pro�le connectors to put boards together. Detailed marking and instructions are included for step by step assembly.Trade show booth regulations. For Backdrops and Trade Show Booths is recommendable to con�rm the trade show regulations regarding height and setbacks of the booth so the design purchased complies with the show guidelines. Short term/indoor use. All the products of this catalog are manufactured using some type of paper based rigid boards which are recyclable. Due to its nature, they are meant for temporary-short term life indoor use. However they can be re-usable for more than 1 time as long as they are manipulated with care during un-packing, use and re-packing.Printing Technology. GNGX uses high resolution 4 color digital printing with UV curing inks. Custom Designs. Personalized/bigger designs are available upon request. Please contact us for a quote.Payment terms. Payment terms are PRE-PAID. Major credit cards are accepted.Production time. Production time of will be set in the formal quote and will depend on the customer promptness to provide all the necessary artwork in the required format (see “Artwork Instructions” for details). Pre-Assembly. In some cases pre-assembly will be performed to facilitate customer’s assembly process. This may include panel’s edge reduction for easy connector sliding/insertion. Shipping. Shipping is not included and will be quoted separately.
Once the order is received (formal quote is accepted and corresponding payment received), GNGX will provide to the customer a Detailed Artwork Instructions Sheet and guideline �les for each product purchased, showing clearly the visible areas which will have graphics so the customer can generate the artwork. Detailed technical instructions will be included.Files have to be received in a PDF format with a resolution of 96 ppi. After receiving the artwork from the customer, GNGX will generate a 3D render that will be sent back to the customer for approval. Important: No more than 2 changes will be allowed after the �rst render is sent. Customer approval of the �nal render will be the formal consent to start production. Any changes, mistakes or modi�cations after the �nal approval will be charged at the standard rates per hour ($120/ Hour. Minimum Charge: half hour).Color proof. In case the customer requires color approval, GNGX can send a color sample at a cost of $75.00. Shipping charges to be covered by the customer.
