• Can treatment with an HDAC inhibitor transiently suppress the innate immune system to obtain stable gene expression?

• Compare the host response to adenoviral infection in the presence and absence of an HDAC inhibitor

Technique- DNA Microarrays

i. Prep Hepatocytes
