DME Typcial Integrity™ Hot Runner Controls Configurations for High Cavitation Molds Updated: 05-07-2009
NOTE: This guide is to assist one in understanding the dynamics of putting together a DME Integrity™
Hot Runner Control System and understanding how the overall Power Requirements of the Heater Loads
affect the System. The actual system that the controller must deliver power to the Heaters in, must be
known in order to properly order or quote a system that will run properly. This Guide and Examples are
only reflective of 3 Phase 240 Vac Delta Type Power Option found in Option A of the DME Integrity
Controllers. There is no implied guarantee statement that the systems in this guide will work properly for
applications with different zone counts, wattages, etc.
