Paul has been a top producer himself, reaching nearly $100 million in annual loan production at his peak and he continues to originate at a high level today. 1st Advantage Mortgage, now Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. was founded by Paul Lueken in 1997. Paul spent the early part of his career leading numerous audit teams

responsible for mortgage banks, credit unions and other various financial institutions. In 1990, Paul took an opportunity to join one of the ten largest mortgage banks in the United States, where his experience included all aspects of the operation: internal audit, correspondent lending, loan purchasing, customer service and eventually managing wholesale operations.

Development and Growth

We offer continuous development and professional sales growth training to all employees so they can reach their full potential. Increasing sales is a priority for both new Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. team members and current employees alike.

New Hires New employee orientation training is offered both on site and through national webinars. New hires are introduced to the management team and trained for a period of two to five days to ensure readiness for their specific position.

Current Employees Monthly trainings are offered to foster continued development and growth to current employees to stay relevant in an ever-changing industry. This includes sales, product, processing, technology, compliance and more.

Transitioning Our onboarding plan provides a focused approach to new loan officers and their pipelines. During the first 90 days, we will provide a dedicated team to coordi-nate pipeline transition through processing, as well as a direct point of contact for IT, marketing and other various departments. New loan officer licensing will begin immediately and support teams will be in place to begin pipeline meetings quickly.

Additionally, the transition team ensures a seamless phase to the fully trained processing group that will be their dedicated team here at Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp.
