LAA Assessment InstrumentsLAA Assessment Instruments

•For students who tested in 2002 and/or 2003, use the LAA Instrument in their IEP folders. Do not use a new LAA Instrument for these students.

•For students testing for the first time in 2004, use a new LAA Instrument.

•Do not reuse a LAA Instrument from 2001. Instruments from 2002, 2003,and 2004 have a printing year in the lower right corner on the front cover;LAA Instruments from 2001 do not.

•Upon completion of testing, the LAA Instrument should be placed in thestudent’s IEP folder.

•Unused LAA Instruments must be returned to DRC.
