Opening Fri – Conference Plenary and Breakouts Sat – Conference Annual Business

WHAT SESSIONS CAN I ATTEND?

You can attend as many sessions as you wish but please note that PETS breakout seminars may be space-limited (All day Tuesday and morning of Wednesday)

All other Assembly and Conference sessions are open to all

Typically the day will start with a Plenary followed by breakouts on various topics from which you may select

WHAT SOCIAL EVENTS ARE THERE? Hospitality Lounge – Open all hours after

daily sessions (Wednesday onwards) Home Hospitality – You will be hosted by

local Rotarians in their homes (it is nice to take a small gift for your hosts – perhaps something typical of your local area)

Government House Reception – hosted by the Governor General of the Cayman Islands

Governor’s Banquet – Dinner and dancing, this is the grand finale of the conference and takes place on Saturday evening.

WHAT WILL I LEARN? Who’s Who in the District – you will

meet 7020 Rotarians and District leaders as well as guest Rotarians, Zone Representatives and RI leaders.

Discussion on all aspects of Rotary in which you can take an active part

You will have some time to explore the local scene

IT WILL BE AN EXPERIENCE YOU WILL WANT TO REPEAT EACH YEAR!
