2 PETER 3:15,1615 And account that the longsuffering of our

Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom

given unto him hath written unto you; 16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of

these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are

unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own

destruction.

Moral Law(10 COMMANDMENTS)

IT IS CALLED THE ROYAL LAW

James 2:8-12 - If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one [point], he is guilty of all. For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

IT IS CALLED THE LAW CONTAINED IN ORDINANCES

• Eph 2:15 - Having abolished in His flesh the enmity, [even] the law of commandments [contained] in ordinances; for to make in Himself of twain one new man, [so] making peace;

• Lev 1:1-3 And the LORD called unto Moses, and spoke unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering unto the LORD, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of the flock. If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD.

MORAL LAW • For he spake in a certain place of the

seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.• There remaineth therefore a rest to the

people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. Heb 4:4, 9-11
