Itinerary details:• Monday 15th July – depart 6.00am from Bus Park on 2 x 55 seater

coaches

• 10.40am – Ferry departure from Dover

• 5.40pm: Arrival at Explorers Hotel at Disneyland Paris – swimming & evening meal.

• Tuesday 16th July – full day at the parks. Evening meal on parc.

• Wednesday 17th July – full day at the parks. Evening meal on parc.

• Thursday 18th July – breakfast at hotel (lunch to be bought) and depart.

• 1.55pm depart Calais to arrive at Dover 2.25pm

• Approx 6pm arrival back at school for pick up.

• Any delays – school comms/text/parents facebook

Travel essentials and reminders:

• Passports – please check the expiry date on them, they need at least 6 months grace/validity on passport.

• Please photocopy up to date passports and bring a copy to Hums Team room.

• Travel issues – please be responsible for travel sickness medication.

• Passports – collected and kept safe by staff for duration of trip.

• Travel insurance – school policy cover.

• Spending money – is the student’s responsibility.

• Medication – students will be responsible for their own medication. Paracetamol available but consent is required. Parental discretion.

• Please inform us of any health issues we need to be aware of.

• Keeping in touch – please check mobile capabilities for ‘roaming’

Features:• 200m² water playground featuring water slides and a

pirate ship, a 6D cinema for thrill seekers, and even a video games room.

• Rooming: Groups of 5

• Please be aware that spending money is at your discretion & is not staff responsibility.

• Euros (Tescos!)

Food & drink:

• Monday – packed lunch & snacks for journey please, evening meal at Explorers hotel

• Breakfast at the hotel each morning

• Tuesday – lunch on parc & evening meal in the parc.

• Wednesday – lunch on parc & evening meal in the parc.

• Thursday – breakfast at the hotel before departure. Coach stop at services for lunch.

Rooming arrangements:• Most rooms are in groups of 5. Single sex rooms.

• Please complete the preferences form at our meeting (Friday break time in the New Hall). This will allow you to indicate the names of people you would be happy to share a room with. The more names you include the easier it is for us to allocate.

• We will match as many choices as we can and guarantee all of you will be sharing with friends

Payment schedule:

• Total payable for trip: £365

£50 deposit paid – July 2018

£55 instalment paid – September 2018

• Remaining cost: £260 due by Friday 15th March.

• Payable via Parentpay in any instalments that suit. Please ensure full payment has been made by the payment deadline.
