To control traffic jam, Melbourne has toll systemsthat are operated by CityLink and Eastlink. They are paid

in each direction and the amount would depend on how manysections you pass through.

If you’re an interstate or international mover, within three months of arriving inthe state, be sure to apply for a Victorian driver’s license.

Your car must be registered with Vic Roads and must have a roadworthycertificate.

• Airprts

There are two airports in Melbourne located in Tullamarine and Avalon.Tullamarine is 25 km north of the city. You can take Skybus to and from theairport into Southern Cross Station. Fares are $16 one way or $26 return. Avalon

is 55 km west with Sunbus shuttle service offering $18 one way, and $32 returnfares into Southern Cross Station. Buses go every 30 minutes.
