Compensation Riverside offers a very competitive salary and benefit program including:

Base Salary

• Consistent with MGMA Median for the Midwest

• Annual Production Bonus based on wRVU

Benefits

• 401K plan with Riverside match of 50% up to 8%

• Life Insurance – 1½ times base salary, key employees max benefit of$750,000 – premiums paid by Riverside

• Short-term Disability – 66% of salary – premiums paid by Riverside
