INSTRACTIONS TO CANDIDATES:

Planning Session

(a) Read both questions carefully. Choose ONE.

Practical Session

(a) Equipment and serving dishes may be gathered during the preparation period but NO MEASURING ORPREPARATION of ingredients should be done.

(b) Recipe books may be used during the practical test.

(c) Dishes should be correctly served on a clean tablecloth.

(d) The amount of food prepared should be sufficient for 4 persons.

(e) It is not necessaq/ to serve individual portions of food.

(0 You will be expected to set the table for one person in the presence of the visiting examiner.

(g) Washing-up should be done throughout the test.
